This is it for my updates on this procedure! I’ll be dieting and continuing to sculpt my body the old fashioned way until my skin removal. Happy 2018 y’all!

Posting some 3 month update photos! Still happy with the outcome and going back to the PS in April to discuss skin removal. He warned me in the beginning about the excess skin and I told him I wanted to wait and see how I healed. Now that it’s been a few months I think I’ll be more comfortable with some skin removal. Look out for those reviews in 2018!

That’s awesome. I think it’s a good idea to do the lipo first then TT later. Very nice results...you have a nice physique

Week 5 Update
Time flies! It’s been 5 weeks since my surgery and I’m healing more and more as time goes on.
Still swollen in my hip area and nerves continue to regenerate all around the abdomen. I ran one day and it gave me a pins and needles feeling in my stomach so I nixed that from the workout routine. I’ve been doing the Nordic track instead because it’s the same sensation as running without the bounce.
Some lumpage going on at this point, but to be expected. I started lymphatic massages occasionally but haven’t gone crazy with them because I know they’ll go away on their own.
I’m just so so happy with my results! I received an email from Sono Bello with some expectations for the next few weeks and months and they said the skin is going to start retracting at this point. I had loose skin prior to the procedure, so I know that skin won’t tighten but any new loose skin should clear itself up without a problem.
I’m still wearing my compression garment 24:7. At this point, I only need to wear it 12 hours but the longer you wear it the better chance you have of healing more evenly. Plus, it feels good on my skin and keeps the swelling down.
Here are some photos from yesterday. I’m going to do a 2 month, 3 month, and 6 month review since the changes aren’t too noticeable from a weekly standpoint at this point.
Changing my Worth It from NOT SURE to WORTH IT because I’m just so happy with my results. I don’t care if I have asymmetry down the road or if I’m not perfect. I never was! And I was obese so my stomachs prior conditions already put me at risk for asymmetry with my results.
Lipo isn’t a miracle. It’s a contouring procedure. You can’t expect to come out looking like JLO every time. Sure, some people do, but every BODY is different and we all heal, grow, and experience differences with our body’s response to the world.
