I had a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty with dr thomas trevisani. He did a good job on the breasts but was not the best doctor for my nose. It is extremely asymmetrical and am now having to do a revision thats 2x more money than a regular rhinoplasty. I recommend going to a doctor that specializes in noses if you are considering a nose job.
