Transaxillary BA: A Cup + 350cc Silicone
ORIGINAL POST
Transaxillary Breast Augmentation
WORTH IT$7,500
I’ve wanted a larger bust since I was 11 years old. I never surpassed a small cup, so it was only natural that I ended up seeking plastic surgery to achieve my cosmetic goals. I spent a long time deciding on who to go with and eventually landed on Dr. Turowski since he specialized in the “under the arm” approach. I had a great experience with Dr. Turowski. He’s a very straightforward person with many years of expert insight into the plastic surgery field. I’m extremely happy with my results thus far. I went with 350 moderate plus silicone mentor implants. My goal is to be a full C cup and to look as natural as possible.

I just wanted to add my before and afters. I’m super stoked about the results I’m seeing so far!!! I’m happy that I went with 350cc. My only complaint this far is that I have a tight “cord” in my armpit from the transaxillary incision point. My right arms mobility is great! But the left arm is painful to move... I’ve googled a lot and it sounds like it is a blocked vein or “Mondors cord” that’s putting tension inside my armpit.

Cords happen to be common and they ALWAYS go away it is worth it since you have absolutely no scars on the breasts FOREVER Happy for you!

Did you go under or over the muscle? Looks amazing!

February 26, 2021
I went under the muscle, and thank you! I’m so happy with them only 2 weeks out! :D

Wow that's crazy! You don't have any of the crazy swelling you see on some people after going under the muscle. I have seen girls over a month PO and they are super high and blocky but yours look so good for two weeks out. Mine are over the muscle so my swelling wasn't too bad and went down pretty quick! Love your results! Keep us all updated on your healing journey

Honestly, I am just as surprised as you! I am so surprised at how quickly I’m healing. I can’t help but feel like it’s partially due to the fact that I have been taking turmeric supplements which are extremely anti-inflammatory alongside taking collagen. :D

Ohh good to know, I take collagen also, but I wasn't allowed to take any of my supplements two weeks before and 4 weeks after my surgery per PS orders. Turmeric is very good for you, I will have to look into that. Thanks for the info!

I am a little over 2 weeks post op now. My surgeon decided on 360 cc based on the photos I showed him and what we discussed. I am so happy he didn't go smaller or bigger. I love the size. I don't have much swelling at all anymore and minimal discomfort. I feel like they are dropping too. I massage 4x a day. When do you feel like yours dropped? What size are you now. We have very similar stats. Yours look great! Congrats!

28 Days Post-op!
Hello!
I’m officially 3 weeks post op and I have SO much more mobility of both my arms. I’ve even been side sleeping which a little has felt great. Both my breasts are starting to feel softer, and I hope continue to do so as the next few months pass by. I got fitted a few days ago and I came in at a 34C, which I am extremely happy about!

They look so great! I am excited for you! Mine is 6 days away and this post makes me even more excited! I hope at 3 weeks mine look as great as yours and I feel as awesome as you do. Any tips? What size were you prior? What type of implant did you get? Stats? Sorry I am sure you mentioned all of it before.
