I was never a fan of plastic surgery. I am a very confident woman and I felt that my body is my body and I loved it no matter what. But, after having 2 spinal surgeries 2 years ago, I had to take into consideration my future quality of life. I had very very large breasts and an "apron" that I carried around for 21 years and I was dealing with lower back pressure as well as neck and shoulder blade pain. After months of research, I decided that I needed a tummy tuck and breast reduction and I felt Dr. Basner was the doctor for me. I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Basner and everyone in his office is so welcoming and helpful. They put me at ease during my consultation. I am now 3 months out from surgery. and still healing but I am already benefitting from it. I haven't had an ounce of pressure in my lower back, no stinging in my shoulder blades, and no neck pain from the strain that I used to always have from carrying the weight of my dense breasts. I am now also allowing myself to enjoy the cosmetic side of the surgery as well. I have literally cleaned out my closet except for a few cardigans and I am ready to shop!!! Thank you Dr. Basner for changing my life!!!!

Dr. Basner is very knowledgeable and he takes his time explaining the process. I walked in with a notebook paper full of questions during my consult and he answered every single question and reassured me that I could contact him anytime if I had any additional questions or concerns. He called the day after surgery to check on me and revise my medication dosage so that I was more comfortable. Each check-up after surgery was comfortable and I left with additional information on what to expect and my next steps for taking care of myself.
