ZuMBA ready!
My core us in such better shape that my workouts are way more effective now. I did full hour if Zumba today and felt great. My first Zumba class back last week was limited and cautionary. Thursday and today's classes went very well and I felt great.

Thank you for sharing your experience,you look wonderful! I'm thinking of a mommy makeover with a breast revision . How many cc did you get and what type of implant? Eg. Silicone or saline and was it moderate or high profile?

I didn’t see this until now. I think they are moderate profile but they are behind the muscle. If I recall they are 340 cc

Just shy of 5 weeks loving this outcome
I am feeling more confident in my own skin then I ever have. I'm so pleased with the results which are getting better every day.

You look fantastic! About how much is your lifting limit right now? I do a decent amount of lifting where I work and I'm only taking 5 weeks off. I'm hoping that will be enough.
SHe said try 2 or 3 lbs for my class. I have weird feelings with chest Flys but other than that I do ok. I've recently increased it to 5 and 10 for lower legs but I'm itching to do more.
