I live your results! What was your bwi? I am also petite and 32AA and want to go to a small C...deciding on my size right now. I love how natural your results look and would love to replicate it!

Thank you! I don't remember what my BWI was, but I think it was 12? I am measuring at 34DD right now, but they don't really look Huge or anything!

They look nice! I'm curious to see from the side???

And are they doing ripping when in some positions? And can you see the shape of the implant in some position?

Hey you look great! I’m going to ger ideal this coming Friday. I saw that your surgeon didn’t fill the implant to 100% (455). My surgeon mentioned something about rippling if not filled all the way... are you noticing this at all? You look amazing!

Sorry, I've been so busy that I forgot to post a 1 month post op update. It's been over 5 weeks since my surgery, and everything's looking good so far. I'm very happy with my results, and the size is perfect- not too small, not too big. The scars are still dark, but thankfully they're only about 1 inch long. When I went to my 1 month post op appt, I got some silicone gel tape things to put over my scars. I turned 33 years old last week, and I had time to reflect on my life a bit... I realized that I am so much happier with my body now than I was last year. I definitely feel more confident with myself all around.

So what was your size before and Now? I am 34 C
and will stay that size. Youre looking good. I k ow what you mean about feeling better about yourself now. 3 sisters had blobs and guess nothing left for me lol. I hated how small I was. Now I'm the size of my sister's. :)

Thank you for your update! They look great and your scar seems to be healing really well. Are you using anything on the scars? Would love an update on how IDEAL implants drop if you get some time!

Thanks! I've been using silicone strips on the scars that I got from my surgeon, but I'm thinking of getting some scar- brightening cream too, because the scars are still pretty dark. Will post update pics soon.

12 Days Post Op

Its been 12 days since I've gotten my Ideal implants, and so far so good! My surgeon put 405ccs in and filled both sides up to 420cc. The surgery went well, and the recovery hasn't been too bad. Most of the swelling and tightness has gone away now, and I have minimal pain. The only time I have pain is at nighttime- the incisions hurt a little at times. When my boobs were swollen, I was afraid that I had gotten too big of implants, but now that they've settled, I think that they're perfect! Overall, I'm happy so far with the results.

Gad to hear your surgery went well! Are there different types of profiles for Ideal
Implants? What is your Bwd?
User Avatar

There's only one profile for the ideal implants, and it's like a moderate plus profile in other brands. I don't recall what my BWD is, but I think it's 12cm? Not sure.

I'm glad to hear you love your results! I will be getting the ideal implants this Friday and am both nervous and excited! I too had chosen silicon at first and decided to go with the idea implant since its safer and love the way it feels.

The results look great! It looks like you are healing very well -- I am also considering the ideal implants but very nervous about the procedure. Can you tell me which incision you went with, and how the scar is healing? Also, what did you do to prepare for the healing process after surgery? Would be great to see the results of ideal implants 1 month post surgery if you have time for it, since there are so few photos of ideal implants out there. Thank you!

My incision is under the boob. The scar is still dark, but thankfully it's only 1 inch long. The healing process wasn't bad at all... I just had some pain for a few days, and then I was fine without my pain meds after that. I just posted a 5 week post op update if you want to check it out!

What size are you now? How do they feel? I have silicone implants for 30 years now and am getting a Breast Revision. Gonna get Silicone like before since I did not have any problems until now. I'm seeing postings about the Idea Implants and would like to know how they feel and look.
I had to laugh when you said, right after surgery you looked at your new blobs and thought they were too big. I did the same thing!!! I had told my Dr "NOTHING OVER A "C" cup. I looked like a double D ! Talk about panic !!! So glad to know they were just swollen. I was a size 34B I wanted my boobs to match my body frame. He did a Very good job, he is retired now, so looking at Drs on here to start Consulting. So any more info about the Ideal implants will be appreciated !!!! Thank You in advance here. You had them almost 2 months now......how's it going ?? :)

I think I was a 34AA before, and I just got sized as a 34DD! Of course it's only been 2 months, so they still need to drop more and settle... They don't seem that huge, and I love them! I will post photos again soon!
