I am a 40 year old mom of one child and I've always been unhappy with my tummy even before my pregnancy. So I decided to have a Tummy Tuck , and to also make my hubby happy, I got a Breast Life and Breast Augmentation. It saved me $1000 for getting the three procedures done.
I have researched quite a bit for a reputable Plastic Surgeon who's been in the industry for years and has all the right credentials and of course great ratings.
And I am very pleased with my choice going with TCSI.
It has been 6months since my surgery and I've never felt better; Here is my honest opinion on my experience at the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute with Dr. Jugenburg:

*A very clean, up scale and safe environment with state-of-the-art equipments
*Dr. Jugenburg is very Professional and Honest
*Kim was very helpful, kind, understanding, accommodated all my requests and she answered everyone of my questions promptly
*Reception was warm and welcoming and so is all of the nurses I dealt with.
*Dr.Jugenburg is a true artist, he did a phenomenal job of every aspect of my surgery
*I am 100% satisfied and would definitely return should I have any other work to get done in the future
*Trust your instinct... I felt very comfortable with my first initial appointment and i didn't want to look else where
*I would suggest if you are getting a TT done, consider getting the love handles lipo at the same time because after the TT, you will definitely notice a difference.
*Dr. Jugenburg told me to go home and lose weight to help with that area. What PS would recommend that? He's definitely honest and isnt out to grab your $$$
I would HIGHLY Recommend TCSI, they take such good care of you every step of the way.

I have meant to get on here and have been busy. I had my first breast augmentation when I was 20. That was 20 years ago. I have had complications with scar tissue in the left breast and have been in and out of surgeons offices for many years (my original surgeon is deceased). I work downtown Dr. Jugenburg's office is about a 10 min walk or less. I was skeptical given the location that he would be super expensive. I was amazed that he does NOT charge for a consult - but of you wish to make a small donation for breast cancer - you can. I know this is dear to his heart because he does a lot of reconstructions. That was one of the main reasons for seeing him - no consult fee. Some docs charge 150-200 for the consult and you are rushed. I was amazed at how young he was. I agree with how amazing his staff is - ALL the girls at the front (and all gorgeous) and KIM. It doesn't matter what time of day you call or email - YOU WILL GET A PROMPT RESPONSE. I had my surgery with Dr. J in May. I already wrote a review. I recently consulted with him re a tummy tuck. I have wanted to do it for years. But I am afraid of the recovery. I want to add that it doesn't matter how many appts you have - I have had many - he is ALWAYS on time!! Never late. The office is very clean. Like others have said - state of the art equipment. I had a habit of emailing dr. J at all hours of the night as well - and he responded to my emails - sometimes as late as 1230am (I don't recommend this - I am over the top - and really did expect him to lose it on me!). As many have said- he is a gentleman - he is an ARTIST - he is not out to get your money - for example - I had many surgeons tell me it would cost more to replace the bags - he was on the ONLY one who said it was not necessary (saving me 4000.00!). Listen to him - follow his advice - he does know what he is talking about - on all fronts. I am saving for my tummy tuck with him...
I had my tt with Dr. Jugenburg 10 weeks ago and am also 100% satisfied with the results. The best decision I ever made. My experience with the clinic, nurses and Dr. J was exactly like yours.
