Having Flanks and Upper/lower Abdominal Done Next Week - Toronto, ON

It's 10 days after ab and flank and I don't know if I'm swollen or not - it kinda looks sometimes like I didn't ha w anything done - is that strange ? my flank area is pretty big and jiggly - and I have some hard knots that make the area feel tight- some of my area feels really tight and When I massage it it feels like I pushing my finger through fibers., when I went to see Dr Jugenburg a week after he said it all looks good and it's gonna look even better when It's less swollen he says I'm still quite swollen - I switched to a pair of control body suit style underwear that he felt and said was good because it holds me in equally in all places but I think it's not right enough - I'm gonna try my binder again for a few days and see if that helps - I hope I haven't ruined any results by not using my binder

Feeling much better after a good sleep- My groin is way less swollen and not as dark. I'm massaging every few hours and it hurts less and less- it's really weird to feel myself without the binder - Here are some pics
