I've gotten breast augmentation with Dr Tong 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with my results. I had the incision done through the armpit and scar healed perfectly (barely noticeable). Only applied polyspoirn for healing and it was good enough. I was amazed by Dr. Tongs attention to details so I went back recently for rhinoplasty. Before I made my decision to go with Dr Tong again I was curious to see other plastic surgeons for my rhinoplasty. I had 2 other consultation with 2 other Drs that was known to be top rhinoplasty surgeons in Toronto and but even after meeting them I couldn't help but wanting to go back to Dr. Tong - Him and his staff Jean and Catherine left such a great impressions on me which lead me back to Dr Tong for a consultation and we went through the procedure details and what I wanted. He listened to me tentatively and made a few suggestions that would improve the way my nose looks. He also did a 3D image which looked exactly what I wanted. Now I'm 6 weeks postpone and I can't be more thrilled with my results. I feel and look amazing (my nose looks so natural people who are close to me notices something different but can't pinpoint exactly what it is. And that's what I was hoping for. I didn't want a completely new nose but just a natural improvement). Dr. Tong has such an extraordinary vision and understands what his patience are looking for. I didn't even take any pain killers right after my surgery and i was prescribed 7 days worth of Tylenol 3. From consultation to surgery everything went really well and successful. Going through surgery and after is always an emotional rollercoaster and Dr. Tong and his staffs (Jean and Catherine) always responded promptly to my concerns even on weekends when I didn't expect a reply but they would call me and email me right away. I also wanted to get chin injections to achieve the v shape chin (which I did just yesterday). I had Voluma in mind for my chin and Dr. Tong suggested Restylane Lyft which was $300 cheaper than Voluma (he had both in hand) and explained to me the results and longevity compared to Voluma really isn't that big of a difference and Restylane Lyft is just as good as Voluma. This is what I love about Dr. Tong even though I had Voluma in mind and it cost a lot more he still took the time and suggested me something that was more cost effective. He did not push me towards any particular brand but just educated me what other options I had. That just goes to show Dr. Tongs objective isn't about money but the satisfaction of his patients. I LOVE MY CHIN!!!! and the fact I ended up spending $300 less with perfect results, I definitely left as happy client! One syringe was perfect for the look that I wanted. Im so confident and feeling great! I can't wait to see the final results for my rhinoplasty I can only imagine it'll look better and better with months ahead.
