Day 5- finally stepping out

Went out today. It felt great. Still look like a racoon...yellowy gray bruising under the eyes and the bandage on my swollen nose. People stared and then looked away....didn't bother me. It was so nice to get out and about again. Looking forward to the day to day improvements.

crying kinda day

Today I think I cried a river. Felt stuck in the house too long, and decided I'd go out shopping with the hubby and kids. Ended up hitting our car door on a curb and my husband took a fit. we Didn't end up at the store, rather came back home. I decided to cry instead. Hope the crying doesn't affect my nose. Lol. The tears helped my eyes which needed some desperate clearing anyway, since I was having a lot of burning. The swelling is yellowish around the eyes now, but my nose still seems very swollen. Its day 5. Should the nose be a bit less swollen now????
