I want to thank Dr Smith for the fantastic job he did! My nose was just too wide. The tip of my nose and also the bridge were wide to the point I looked like a walk on for that scene in the intergalactic bar in Star Wars! A coworker had undergone surgery by Dr Smith and I liked her improvement a lot. I saw one other doctor but this just confirmed Dr Smith was the surgeon for me.
I wish I could say my surgery was easy and uneventful, but I developed an infection after. Fortunately Dr Smith picked it up on the first visit after surgery and got me on antibiotics immediately. I didn't even realize I was becoming infected! I just thought I was really swollen. Anyway the antibiotics worked and the redness between my nostrils went away by the time I saw him a few days later. The swelling took much longer as Dr Smith said it would. He had me take extra advils and I had to massage my nose for weeks and weeks. Plus he had me tape my nose nightly for 6 weeks. At 3 months he said I had caught up and was where I should be with the swelling. I'm 9 months since surgery and the swelling is gone and my nose looks narrow. I love it! I was worried the first couple of months but I trusted Dr Smith and he reassured me things would all work out. I don't look different and unless I tell people nobody has figured it out. I just look better and that makes me feel a lot more confident and positive.
