How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.

Before/After

Before was taken in March 2013, the two after photos were taken November 25th 2013. I do have some stretch marks now, but I started using Bio-Oil and they are already improving.

REMOVED PHOTOS DUE TO A CREEPY MESSAGE

I have not been on since September, just been busy with school. I am now three months post, however I will not be posting new photos, and I removed the old photos, due to a stalker-ish message I received from somebody who decided to put quite a bit of work into finding out my Facebook profile name. If you would like me send progress photos, please inbox me. Sorry guys, there's always somebody out there to ruin the fun.

Doctor Jugenburg is a perfectionist, I wouldn't even call him a cosmetic surgeon, he is an aesthetic artist of a different nature. From the consultation (July 4th 2013) to the procedure itself (August 14th 2013) not a single thing was unclear or undecided. I went into the office knowing exactly what I wanted-especially after extensive research. I wanted them as big as I could make them, without making me look uneven, lopsided or like a porn-star. And he did just that. I knew I wanted high-profile to achieve a fake look, and that I also wanted silicone implants, they're higher quality and although they have a higher chance of capsular contracture, they are overall a better implant. A rupture will not cause immediate damage to the look of the implant, as with saline you would be lopsided until you can get an explant and repair them. I went with the 500cc implants, and they are smooth textured and softer gel, they sound like they would be massive, but they will level out to be a D-Cup or they should (even though there is no real link with CC's and cup sizes). All of the staff at the institute are great, all very professional people with a love for their jobs. Kim is great, she checks in to make sure you're okay, and she is always there any day, any time to assist you if needed. The front desk staff make sure everything is prepared and running smoothly, that all payments are received and processed and that prescriptions are ready well in advance to the procedure. Doctor Jugenburg while marking me up for surgery was in a cheery mood, and being comforting about the procedure to come, he was even cracking a few jokes about a popular TV show, he's really just a genuine guy with an amazing talent. The head nurse Grace is amazing and she is so funny, making some jokes before they started to administer the anaesthetic, and the anaesthesiologist made sure to explain everything before they started to administer it. It was very relaxing to be put to sleep, and I was not sick when I woke up, in fact I left after being awake for maybe twenty minutes, it was quite quick. I was then sent to a very luxurious hotel room at The Fairmont Royal York (The practice is inside the hotel). I never really experienced pain with the implants at all, I did have an intense amount of heat radiate from them for the week, but they were never sore, the only thing that ever hurt me was stretching too far one morning. Otherwise, I only took the painkillers the first two days, and that was mainly just to put myself to sleep in the major recovery stages. At the two week mark, I did get my stitches out by Kim, and that burned a little bit, but they feel much better now at the five week mark. I would highly recommend Doctor Jugenburg for any procedure you may ever want to get done. They say there is no such thing as a miracle worker, but he truly does make miracles, and he certainly makes clients very happy. I am in love with my new chest, and would never change a thing!
