My surgery is one month from today. I'm looking forward to the end result but getting a bit nervous too. I'm the mother of 4 kids..all breastfed. My youngest is 17 so this has been a long time coming. About 5yrs ago I lost 70lbs and in the process lost my boobs and gained a saggy belly. I always said if I won the lottery I'd get a boob job and a tummy tuck. I didn't win the lottery (I wish!!!) But decided it was now or never and with my boyfriend's support I'm doing it. He doesnt seem to care either way but says if it makes me happy and makes me feel better about myself then to do it. He's a great guy.
My stats: 5'4" 140lbs 34c or sometimes a 36c depending on the bra. After weight loss I was a 34a...but gained a bit back.
I'm having a lift with implants...natrelle Inspira 300cc moderate profile per Drs. recommendation. I want my boobs to be filled out and natural looking and to fill out my bras and camisoles and negligees etc. My stomach has never been flat and now is just saggy and the lower section has stretch marks.
I worry how time off will go over at work. It's a small place and all female except for the owner and no one knows why I'm having surgery. I'm letting him know in writing this week. Hopefully he won't have a fit. I'm hoping 3 weeks will be enough time to recover?

I'm getting a bit nervous. I just need everything to fall into place.
I'll be boarding my dogs for a week, my ride to surgery and home the next day...I'll likely be on my own for recovery and I hope I can secure a rude to my checkup or I'll have to drive myself.

Mammogram call back...
The Dr. Had requested I have a mammogram duevto my age and never having had one before. So I did it last week. Today..3 days before surgery I got a call back for another mammogram and ultrasound which she says is fairly common. I hope it's nothing. The redo will be the day before surgery.
