Dr. Neinstein Plastic Surgeon - Toronto, ON

I’m not even sure where to begin when describing my experience with Dr. Neinstein. I will start by saying I am already in the process of booking my second procedure and I am excited for it. When I set my mind to doing something I just jump in head first and I am not one for researching or asking around for opinions. So once I decided I wanted to get Liposuction done I booked the consultation the next day and was convinced instantly I would have the procedure done. I walked into Dr. Neinstein’s office very naïve and uniformed. The first thing that stood out to me was that Dr. Neinstein was not going to allow my eagerness or willingness to sign on the dotted line instantly, deter him from educating me on the procedure, communicate his experience and knowledge and the reality of the results, pain and recovery. For that I appreciate, because I didn’t do my due diligence before that first consultation and was not truly aware of how serious this surgery was. Half way through the consultation came the words I dreaded “I will now have you get undressed, put on this robe and then tell me what you don’t like and want changed” For me the idea of getting undressed and standing naked in front of someone you just met an hour earlier was a little frightening. Dr Neinstein was absolutely amazing when it came to this moment and I truly felt like he understood how I was feeling and instantly put me at ease. His approach was refreshing because he was honest. He didn’t say things like “it is nothing I have never seen before” or “don’t worry about it” he said “this will be one of the toughest things you will have to do but it will be worth it” I was instantly relaxed and comfortable talking about my body and what I didn’t like. I left the office that day feeling even more excited about my procedure but now I was educated and confident. As I got closer to the surgery date reality started to set in and the questions started flooding my mind, I emailed Dr. Neinstein several questions in several emails and he responded with very clear answers promptly. I was made to feel that I was his only client and that my concerns were valid and important, I never felt like I was a bother. Fast forward to the day of surgery, surprisingly I wasn’t feeling anxious or nervous (I have had other day surgeries that were not cosmetic and I remember feeling scared and shaky before being put under anesthetic) I truly believe I was at ease and excited about the experience because of my previous consults with Dr. Neinstein and how he answered all my questions as they came to me. While I was waiting in a private room before my surgery Dr. Neinstein came to greet me, asked how I was feeling and asked if I have any questions. I can truly say I had no anxiety at all even as I was getting onto the table in the OR. Dr. Neinstein held my hand and told me everything would be ok and he would see me when I woke up. A few hours after the surgery Dr. Neinstein called to check in and ensure I was ok, the next day when I had a concern about some bleeding he saw me right away, In fact he met me at a hospital that was closer to me than his office. (I didn’t have any complications and nothing was wrong but I appreciated that he didn’t take any chances and wanted to ease my concerns) Dr Neinstein was heading out country that weekend but called me both days to check in.
My experience was amazing and my results were even better. Dr Neinstein is very caring and passionate about what he does and he follows that up with outstanding results. Dr Neinstein is a doctor who will provide you with a great experience and someone you can trust. For anyone looking to get any type of surgery done please take the time to meet Dr. Neinstein I promise you won’t be disappointed.
