I’m 11 weeks post-op and I’m feeling and looking fantastic! I had been contemplating getting lipo many years ago but hesitated and held off until working out did not provide me with the results that I wanted. I did my research on the surgeons in the city and Dr. Jugenburg came highly recommended so I went with him. I called in for a consultation and spoke with Kim, who was extremely helpful, honest and to the point. She gave me options and accommodated my surgery to my work schedule which gave me more incentive to do it sooner. I had never had surgery in my life so this was a big step for me! The day of my surgery, I was greeted and taken into a waiting area where I spent time with a nurse named Jessica. She made me feel right at home! Dr. Jugenburg came in shortly thereafter, marked me and soon I was taken into surgery. Fast-forward to present day, I have no regrets and I’m so happy I did it. My body looks incredible, I feel great and down time was minimal. In total, they removed 3.6 litres of fat (WOW).
The clinic was responsive and efficient with all of my enquiries (thank you Nora!). If I had known how easy this would be, I wouldn’t have waited so long. Thanks to Dr. Jugenburg and staff for your professionalism, your dedication to your patients and overall, your great work!

What type of lipo did you get? Was it under local or general anesthesia?

seriously? She's 11 weeks and looks great! Expectations of looking like a Barbie are very un realistic.
Thank you for that reply Angela. People don't quite understand that the goal is not to look like Barbie, it's to reduce fat in unwanted areas while maintaining my curves. I'm 9 years post-op and I'm still much smaller in the waist :-)
