I had terrible lower bags and very droopy upper...
I had terrible lower bags and very droopy upper eyelids. Family hx of ectropian (in their 70's) and very droopy upper eyelids which would limit sight. I didn't want this and was heading that way. Had my surgery just over a month ago and am pretty happy with the results. Was a bit uncomfortable the first week while sutures were still in but after that got better daily. Found using eye lubricants like Replens and Systane helpful as eyes tend to feel tired and gritty for a few weeks. They still feel like that now and then.
Bags are now gone and have my youthful upper eyelids again. Quite happy with the results and Dr. Jugenburg and team were fantastic! Answered all my questions in person and through many emails, and made me feel very relaxed. His anesthesiologist Dr. Young was fabulous as well, very comforting and also answered questions readily.
If I decide to have any other cosmetic surgery in future (maybe some cool sculpting or face lift) will definitely go back to this clinic!

eyes are settled and looking great. I look younger and more refreshed. No longer look tired and not one person has asked "did you sleep ok? you look tired"
