Otoplasty Performed by Dr. Leila Kasrai - Toronto, ON

I have been extremely self conscious of my ears for my entire life. As a child I was often teased by other kids. I would rarely wear my hair in a ponytail, wanting to hide my ears as much as possible. It never really occurred to me that I could do something to improve the appearance of my ears, but when it finally did, I was determined to do it as soon as possible. I began researching surgeons and came across Dr. Kasrai. After speaking with her over the phone and hearing what she could do for me, I knew that she was the right choice. I would have to travel halfway across the country, as I lived in a different province, but it was definitely worth it. Dr Kasrai was nothing less than incredible during the whole process. She has the best bedside manner of any doctor that I have ever encountered, she is friendly, accommodating and genuinely cares. I was nervous going into the surgery but she was able to make me feel comfortable and relaxed and the procedure was fast and pain-free. I am completely thrilled with the outcome and very happy with how my ears now look. I can't possibly thank Dr. Kasrai enough. I would without a doubt recommend Dr. Kasrai to anyone looking to have any surgical procedure done. Dr. Kasrai and her staff are truly amazing.
