Picture of my nose after Hacker botched my nose (left side) and my nose after my revision with Dr. Smith (Right side)

This will probably be my last update on this review. But here are picture of what my nose look like after Hacker botched it. The left side (the bad side) was taken at 10 months post-op (before my revision with Dr. Smith) and it worsened by the time December came around. The right side shows my nose after my revision with Dr. Smith (I'm 3 months-post op). I chose to include pictures of my nose after my revision so people can see how bad it was, especially next to my revised nose that is functional + looks good/normal. All I can say is, DO NOT TRUST HACKER. You will end up regretting it and not only throwing money down the drain (+ money needed for a revision), but you're putting your emotional well-being at risk.

Pictures!

I found some photos! These are from October, so things (in particular the midvault collapse/inverted-v) got worse by the time my revision came around in December. If I find more photos of before I will upload them. There 3 frontal ones (all the same), but 2 have the issues highlighted and one is without any highlights. The other picture is from the side.

The front view picture illustrates the:
- midvault/inverted-v (in particular note the shadow on the left side, your right, of my nose)
-the dent, the flared+wide+retracted nostrils
-although it can't really be seen I highlighted where the tip bossae was.
-Bulbous tip, made worse by how skeletal/collapsed the bridge is

The side view issues highlight the:
- inverted-v
-pollybeak
-hanging columella
-the alar retraction.

Again...I will add more photos if I find them. But honestly this man did this to my nose and he's done it to so many others. It's very difficult to have a case/report these doctors. So please reconsider, especially if you need ethnic rhinoplasty. I say that because he can barely do Caucasian rhinoplasty and he treats all noses the same, regardless of the structural differences (which obviously differ among ethnicity). I don't want anyone to go through a botched surgery (I'm sure most others who have had the same experience would agree). It changes you as a person and can ruin your life. I'm finally get my life back thanks to Dr. Smith.

An update

Hey! So it's been three months since my revision and I've been contacted by quite a few people who have been botched my Hacker. I wanted to leave a little summary/note of some of the symptoms (other functional/not being able to breathe and cosmetic) as I have had people inquire about those.I don't think I really mentioned or talked about them in depth.
But after hacker messed with my nose I was left with the following issues:

-snoring loudly (like I would be told I would be waking them up, etc)

-nose no longer runs (I had to keep tissues with me whenever I left the house and kept a small towel with me at home...it was that bad)

-sleeping (I could not sleep throughout the night, I would constantly wake up, just not feeling rested)

Obviously hacker would never ever believe he could do anything other than perfect job. I really wonder how someone could choose to spend so much type studying to become a doctor/surgeon (particularly with how long it takes to specialize in a certain field) and be so bad at it. Again I'm surprised by how a doctor could go against everything they stand for...caring for your patients, ensuring that you don't leave them worse off, improve their health, etc... and just wow. I could go on about how unskilled and just..everything he is, but I'm gonna stop here as I'm excited to let people know that the above issues can be resolved (again can't say if it's 100% possible as it depends on your situation...). But basically after Dr. Smith did my revision I no longer have any of those issues and now:

- I no longer snore (I've asked, had sleepovers/ etc and I've been told I no longer snore :)

- My nose does not run anymore, the only time I need a tissue is if I'm sick or if it's cold. (it was really gross having to literally carry a tissue or towel around all the time because it was like a faucet)

- I can sleep throughout the night and I feel rested.

Trust your gut, if you feel something is wrong...get a second opinion. There are surgeons like hacker who will be dishonest and lie to your face, they won't tell you that you have a problem. They'll just tell you it's in your mind, etc. I only update this for people that are considering hacker, I really implore you to reconsider. There is always the chance that even the best surgeon can provide you with bad results, but with hacker you have such a high chance of ending up botched. Check other realself reviews (message people, leave a review asking for opinions on your surgeon, etc) and check other sites (ratemd, etc). Again not sure if I'll update again unless there's a reason to. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or want to get in contact with others who have had surgery with hacker.
