44 years old, breast fed 1 child for a year. Always felt my upper body isn't as perfect & curvy as the lower half!

Didn't want implants earlier in life as I knew they don't last lifetime, so signing up for 4 potential surgeries wasn't something I could do!

Finally I started to feel this is the right time for me to improve my confidence and be ready for a couple more future revisions if needed.

My BA is next week (Aug, 2016), 2 consultation / sizing sessions done with Dr 6ix & Kim. Spent million hours of research to decide on implant type and size ;) and this site has been extremely helpful.

Can't wait to see the results but I trust it will be really good!

Thank u Emma41! Few more sleeps left, all I need to know first is that 300cc wasn't too small ;)

I got 350cc based on liking the look of 325cc. But really the difference between even 300 and 350cc wouldn't even be that much. The smaller the more natural and less of "holy [RS bleep] they're fake" look haha

Appreciate the reassurance, I have always admired small but full breast & never a big fan of the large ones & I think my surgeon went with what I preferred & kept me under 300cc. Now just have to wait a few more days to see :)

Day of treatment

All done! Day 1, 5 hours post op

The whole thing was an hour, I saw the clock was 1pm last & then I woke up by myself so well rested & happy at 2pm!!
Have had zero pain, just feeling stiff in the chest area & a little bit similar to an after workout muscle stretch in my right arm.
Not sure how I will be tomorrow but so far, couldn't ask for anything better than this!
First time general anesthesia & no nausea.
What I learned today is around the neck pillow is a must,

Thank you, will post more as soon as I can remove the band on the top, so far they are just what I expected to see on day 1!

How are you doing now with recovery?? Thank you for help motivating me to make the decision to schedule surgery!!! Can't wait to see your results.

You are welcome. Others here & a friend of mine who did it last year motivated me to pull the trigger so I have to give back to those who have made up their mind but just a little nervous to go for it!
Yesterday I was walking in the house doing light things all day. Really no "pain" but crazy pressure/tightness in the breast which believe it or not does not bother me because I am happy they are there & my chest wall/skin is probably creating room for the new guests!!
You gotta be realistic & postive & everything can go well with the right attitude!
I know I owe some pictures but they are looking like mannequin boobs for now!! Still lovely but they need to take it easy & settle a bit :)

Day 3 post op

Smooth recovery, skipping pain killers here & there & when I take it, it's more for the stiffness & pressure that I feel.
Don't judge the picture please! looks a bit off, but they look much better. Only when I extend my arm to take a selfie (& with all the tapes my PS has put for extra support) they look different.
Still wanted to capture the healthy, no bruise situation :)
Can't wait to take the extra tapes off & have someone take the picture to share with you girls!

I'm sure we all know about taking them ourselves. Makes them look distorted haha. My left always ends up looking higher! They are looking great for three days post op. Hope you're happy :)
August 6, 2016
Thank you so much, even until my "before" photo that my sergeon marked I never knew that my left one sits higher! Always thought they are as identical looking as they can be. Photos exagerate every little thing that natural eye miss/forgive ;)
Yes so happy with the size; I was terrified of big boobs & becoming too busty!
Shape wise I think they'll improve but I don't even mind them now.

Amazing what these surgeons can do. Hard to even comprehend how they would fix that thinking with a normal brain haha. So interesting reading everyone's reviews and then go through it yourself, it doesn't make you so scared if something happens. Eg. My right has softened so much quicker. If I had no idea about this website, id be calling my PS straight away haha!

Girl, those look amazing!!! :) Congratulations!!!!!! Also, one of mine is higher than the other and I NEVER knew until doing this!! They pointed it out and I couldn't believe I never noticed!
Yes, it is REALLY hard to get a good picture when you are holding the camera! Happy healing!! Can't wait to see as you progress!

So happy to hear positive feedback! I was worried maybe it's just me being happy & content but everyone is looking and thinking "poor girl!" LOL! I am getting used to being at home & being pampered! Not sure how I am supposed to go back to work after 10 days and nobody knows why I was away ;) also have to choose my clothes carefully with the support bra so nothing shows!
How was your back to work experience?
