Everyone is different and I say that because after reading reviews, people made me believe id be in never ending pain. The first 5 days were the hardest. Each did improved though! The 5th day I stopped taking pain meds and started to do my routine (work/school). I got "morning boob" for the first 3 weeks. It's an annoying discomfort but if you wake up and grab an ice pack from the freezer and lay in bed for 5 minutes with it on.. It works wonders ! Lol the feeling goes away in no time. As for your boob size .. Don't worry if you think they are too small or too big cause you get use to it. I had a panic attack thinking I got mine too small but once they dropped my bra size got even bigger and they felt bigger even though swelling went down. Good luck! Enjoy the journey! I would say don't take perks cause I got so sick from them but everyone is different so I'll leave that up to you! Lol

With the implants I choose I had 3 options. 375 ,415 and 450. 375 felt perfect at the time cause I was nervous for the change but I decided 415 cause when they settle, they look smaller. I questioned 450 but the surgeon said they would be too big. 415 hp is what I got. The thing about sharing measurements is its still going to look different . Depends on your body type. I'm 5'1 and when I was measured I was 12 and 12.5 width. Go with surgeons opinion as long as your comfortable and somewhat agree. Chances are they've seen and worked with a body type just like yours

Congrats! I have boob greed.. I wish I went bigger. Mine were so swollen the first few weeks and now, the swelling is gone. I'm 4 weeks and don't get me wrong, I love my new boobs but it's true when they say go a bit bigger than you want! If you feel 350 is too small than go bigger. Honestly.
