As most women on this site, I have been wanting bigger breasts ever since I hit puberty and things didn't grow the way I thought. Since my mother has really large breasts I always thought I would get them too, but unfortunately I went after my father :P
I have been researching this for a while, and Instagram really helped with this. I found Dr.Jugenburg and started following him & his Instasnaps, which are great for preparing mentally and knowing what the surgery actually entails.
Since I'm a fairly tall women I figured I would share my story, as it was hard for me finding body comparisons with my frame. So here are my stats & more info on the procedure.
Age: 33
Height: 5'11
Weight: 145lbs
Doctor: Dr. Martin Jugenburg (Instagram & Snapchat: realdrsix)
Type of Implant: Silicone Natrelle Inspira N-SSF415 Full Profile
Placement: Under muscle, breast fold incision
Pre-op cup size: 36A, 34B
Post-op cup size: ??? not measured yet???
So my first appointment was with Nurse Kim, absolutely love her!!! She is super nice & friendly and very approachable, even by email post-appointment if you have any further questions.
She helped me with picking a size for my tall-slim body frame. I was concerned with not looking too top heavy, but still having a full C-cup. So I was debating between 385cc to 415cc. Nurse Kim ensured me that the implant will look smaller once placed under muscle, so to help with this she advised that I try on the 385cc implant sizer, to really see what the 415cc implant will look like post surgery. I decided to go with 415cc.
(I also chatted with other women who had BA's done, and 95% of them said always go bigger)

Yay! How are they dropping?
Mine are still pretty high

Mine are high as well. Just had my follow-up today! It’s only been a week and they feel pretty hard actually. My PS said it would take a little while to soften and drop but not to worry. I didn’t dislike the size I had before the surgery but after six kids, they were really deflated. I almost feel I went too big but I noticed a lot of people say they wished they’d have gone bigger.

Oh wow 6 kids, good for you. Its a personal preference of going bigger or not, its hard to tell when trying sizers. I'm happy so far, no regrets!

Just wanted to say thank you for your review. I’m considering the same two sizes now -415 or 385. I’m also tall with a small frame.

Surgery went very well.
Once anaesthesia started wearing off, my body was shaking a lot, and my left breast hurt a lot. So the kind nurse got me a heating tube or blanket(I was drowsy so I don't remember) to calm my body, and gave me a perkoset for the pain. Great thing about Dr.Jugeburg is that the surgery takes place at his private clinic inside the Fairmont Royal York Hotel (Toronto). So you get a night stay at the hotel post surgery, which was super convenient & comforting knowing that I wouldn't have to get in & out of a car and move around a lot. One of the nurses wheel chaired me up to my room and I was ready to rest.

I must say the recovery isn't as bad as I thought. I thought I would be knocked out for 2 days, but I was walking couple hours post-op.
