Somehow the video didnt upload last time, so I am reposting it again. The video shows me flexing my pectoral musces, and shows animation diformity as a result of the flex. This is common as my nurse said for under the muscle placement.

A year flew by, hard to remember the pains of the initial couple days post-op.
Still regretting no going bigger, and am bothered by the animation deformity(see latest video) happens to some patients. (I've seen some research in Europe with a mesh used to help this as well as to help bring breasts closer together. I believe the only way to avoid this is for me in Cansda, is to go over the muscle instead of under like I did. So for the future my doctor advised that if I go bigger, they will obv be heavier and possibly sag. Another thing he noted was if I do go bigger, he thinks I might get some sideboob rubbing my arms as my breasts are set so far apart. So definitely some things to consider for my future upgrade.

I have implants the same size as yours but only 3 weeks post. I'm wondering what size bra your wear?

It might not be the same for everyone, as we prob have diff stats. Initially i bought 36C but after swelling went down I'm a 34D

Thanks so much for posting. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of animation deformity and I have been researching and even went for a consult and no one has mentioned this. I wonder how common or uncommon it is?

6 months post-op
So 6 months went by fast, but I still wish I went bigger. I actually wish I went quite a bit bigger to get the fullness i desired. Now Im thinking I should of gone with about 525-550cc, if I do a revision I would probably go as high as 600cc.

Your results are really perfect. Why did you go with Natrelle Inspira? Are they supposed to be more natural looking/feeling? Are they more expensive? I'd like similar results.

The Inspira is what my Dr reccomend and carries. I do like the feel and shape of then and would change that, just size.

The size and shape looks like the right fit for me and from the last video the "feel" seemed like they might soften enough in time. Did they?

I think they look amazing and the flexing deformity wouldn’t bother me at all. In a sports bra no one will see that when you flexing. You are blessed with beautiful results! Maybe in future you can upsize if that’s what you’d like.
