I'm 38, breast fed over 10 years ago..workout regularly and have toned and lost weight. This weight Includes the B36 cup I used to fill which is now deflated to most certainly an A cup..non of my old bras fit anymore. I have my surgery booked for September and was aiming for a full C small D cup...the size I was when I was breast feeding, to fill myself out again. My P.S feels that I would benefit from 385cc or 415 cc high profile under the muscle implants, but feels that the 415 cc is the best fit for my measurements. I am petite, 5 foot 3 and about 115 lbs, fit..but with a broad breast base. I believe I measured 12.8 bilaterally..and my understanding is that the 415 cc would fill this up best, with the 385 cc coming in slightly narrower but still filling me up nicely. I would like a nice full breast similar to the pic I posted here. I have deflated upper pole fullness; and so my understanding is that the high profile is a good choice to fill this in, however I really do not want breasts that appear to sit away from my body..although I think that look suits some, I think it will make me look like I'm all boobs..just not the look I'm going for. I would really appreciate clarification surrounding the difference between these two implants as related to my measurements...will the 415cc appear to fit me better than a 385cc?. Anyone with similar experiences Please! chime in here...the date is nearing and I have to have my mind made up soon..Appreciate any advice :)

Hi there! I just had a breast augmentation revision yesterday, going from a 32 D cup to what I believe will be around a 32-34 C cup. My first augmentation was about 7 years ago. I was a very very small 34B before the augmentation, and had breast fed my two kids, leaving them deflated and sad looking! Wanted to restore them to their former perky selves at 34 C. I am 5'4" 123 pounds and athletic, hourglass body frame. I have a 12.5 breast width, just a little narrower than yours. The first time around I chose a mentor 250 CC silicone gel round. Was happy at first (it took me to a pretty full D cup, believe it or not), but then as time passed I started feeling like they were a bit too big and sort of stuck on my chest, not natural enough for me. Plus one was higher then the other and had that little hump at the top, which the other did not have. I really like a natural shape, with fullness but not an augmented look. So yesterday I had them switched out to 245 CC cohesive gel anatomicals, and I already am loving the way they look and go naturally with my body. I was fitted to a 34C surgical bra, and thats what size I think I will probably end up. I wanted to give you some feedback about my experience because sometimes when you are a very small person, even if your breast base width is not super narrow, you can end up with boobs that just make you look heavier and fake. BUT some people really like that look and thats cool...just make sure that the surgeon you choose understands exactly what you want. Maybe this is too much info, but reading posts on this site has really helped me, and I just wanted to let you know what my own experience has been! By the way, I wear about a size 2, so we prob wear a similar size in clothing as well? Most women say go a bit bigger than you want but for me it ended up the opposite. Anyway, just wanted to give you a little feedback from my experience! Best of luck!!!

I am 5'1, 97lbs, 40 years old, had previous saline implants 340cc for 12 years. 2 weeks ago I replaced them with High Profile 415cc Gummies. They are PERFECT!!!! Go with the higher, you won't be disappointed... I am a 32D cup. :)

I should add, my cup size didn't change from before but made my breasts fuller with more cleavage. I am very happy. Anything smaller I would have been disappointed as I almost went with 385 or 400.

Thank -you so much for your feedback :) You hit the nail on the head, I would like the girls to be fuller and bigger but I do not want them to make me look ALL over bigger .. I've even started looking at smaller implant before and afters to see if I can achieve a nice shape with some cleavage without feeling like I'm carrying around a totally different body...so I can completely understand why you changed your mind.. Your feedback has been a huge help..thanks again so much :) I'll be sure to post what I ended up picking and how things turned out.. ????

Hi ive decided on 415cc round silicone implants im 5ft3 98lbs and a deflated 32B/A (breastfed 2 children) fitting an A cup bra better, 415 would roughly make me a DD cup maybe even an E depending how they drop and fluff my opp is on the 9th of sept he orginally advised 350-375 but i decided to go with the max i can go as didnt want the 'wish i went bigger' regrets i imagine 350-375 would make me a C/D cup but i want to make the most of having the surgery and having the fullness back like i did during pregnancy when i reached a DD best of luck its vry hard choosing but maybe show ur PS some pics of the look your wanting and they maybe able to advise best of luck xx

So happy to be of help!!! Of course it's such an individual choice, as we all have a different ideal in mind but the best thing I did was find wish pics with women who had body shapes very similar to mine and I showed them to the surgeon and then said specifically exactly what I wanted. I did not want to look fatter and top heavy, but wanted nice curves that complimented the rest if my body frame. I had three consults before I chose my surgeon and I LOVE him. If you want natural with a little more upper pole fullness then maybe consider a round gel implant but not a huge one! Anyway that's just from my experience. Good luck w everything, do your research and bring lots at specific examples to your Dr so he/she knows exactly what you want! :-))

Thanks ladies :).. .your input is helping me alot! BTW HayleyC we are surgery sisters ????..mine is the 9th of september too!!! I think one of the biggest mistakes I've made so far (and what is stressing me out) is that i was picking pictures of what looks good..but not really taking the time to see who they look good on ..???? So now I've found a website that shows hundreds of before and after pics with the person's stats and total details of their implant choices (bc I've found some sites dont post everything you would want to know). Anyways. .I'm finding this is SUPER helpful narrowing down what the final result could look like on me ? ALL THE BEST LADIES!! AND THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP!!! ????
