I am VERY happy with my results so far. I had my surgery exactly 4 weeks ago today. I had 560cc full projection Silicone Naturelle Inspira implants. I was a full B cup prior to surgery. I got sized last week at a 34DDD/36DD. Now this week it appears that "drop and fluff" has occurred. They feel much softer.

I there love your results they look amazing.. Did u get them under the muscle? I had mine done Oct 13, 2017 I'm 35 I was also a B cup 36 B to be exact. And I got same implants as u but mine are 545 cc I wish I had gone bigger now that I see yours :( Anyways mine are under the muscle now the first time I had 410cc above the muscle but got capsular stage 2 and I decided to remove and replace since I would have to eventually do it. And as of right now 19 days post-op I'm not liking them they look weird. My question to u is did u have the same problem.. I hate looking at them right now. My Dr said to give it time to drop.

Great! Thanks for sharing. I'm 8 dpo and have the Inspira 560/495cc TSX implants. I was worried I would not get the desired look. We have the same measurements pre and post.

Hello.. Thank you :) my implants are Naturelle Inspira Full projection silicone 560cc placed under the fascia. Its beneith a membrane just over the muscle. I hope that helps

The recovery time was minimal and it was the best way for me. 560cc is rather large and poses more thrrat for complications if placed under the muscle

Question
Because its been only 4 weeks and it seems that the implants have drop and fluffed already, Will they continue to get bigger? (I don't wish they would get bigger) I am more than happy with the current size. ????

It's only been 4 week's so they haven't fully dropped or fluffed yet you can tell in your pictures that they are still quite high, it takes 6 months to see the final results and almost all women lose a cup size when they have fully dropped and defluffed, also don't forget you are still swollen as well from surgery as it was not that long ago and that can take weeks to subside too which will also contribute to size loss, for example I was a 34 GG after surgery for many weeks and when everything settled down completely and healed fully, my final result was 34 G I hope this helps :)

oldschoolbaby now that it has been over a year do you find you did lose or gain size once fully settled? I see so many women saying they’ve gained in size when fully healed?
I would like to know so it can give me an idea at what to expect. They look really good
