Day 13

WORTH IT$7,000
Went for my followup yesterday. Feeling great. Had my stitches and horrendous granny bra removed. Wearing a normal bra now. It's so surreal not having to wear a double up bra. My breath have dropped significantly. Starting to almost look normal. I do have some scarred tissue in my one armpit but they have said if I keep massaging it it will break down and dissappear. I couldn't be happier with the progress I'm making and the results.

Dr. Jugenberg made me feel very comfortable. He explained to me the different shapes, sizes, ways of doing the surgery and answered all of my questions with ease. He made me very confident that I had made the right choice. I cannot wait to have my surgery tomorrow.

Awesome!!! Do happy to see you a are found well :)
Wow you're looking fantastic:) I can't believe you're only two weeks post - mine looked so weird still at two weeks lol!!
The doctor did mention mine were falling faster then normal. Which isn't a bad thing but I should be careful to always have support so I don't "bottom out" which is kind of nerve-racking
Yeah even now I'm terrified about that... Honestly I wear high support sport bras most days and save my sexier bras for when I'm going out and want to look extra nice lol... I'm a little paranoid;)
Makes sense when you pay that kind of money to protect your assets lol. I'm definitely going to be putting some good cash into my girls support system.
Hi :) they look great! Did you find the rice sizer a were accurate? Did you do high profile or moderate? What range did the doctor suggest (I.e. did he say you would look great for your desired look anywhere from 500-575?)!! Thanks :) same height so it's great when tall girls post for pre research ;)
I never tried the rice sizer. Only the sizers at the doctors. They seemed pretty accurate to what u am now. I may be a bit larger then expected. Doctor told me 560 and I ended up with 550. I had high profile because I have a wide chest and my breath are kind of in my armpit so now they will project more forward. I'll be updating profile tonight with my day 18 photos
Wow. You look great and seem to have such a great recovery! Congrats! I was in so much pain two weeks after my ba, I could not handle it, really.

But don't you need to wear a sports bra at least now? I would do so, even if your PS thinks it is not necessary. At least until the six weeks mark. My PS told me, in the US are many women with bad results because of the lack of after care...

Happy healing!
Thank you. Yes my recovery was quite fast compared to most. I'm very happy with the results. Currently I have been seeing my doctor weekly, we have just switched to monthly now. As for a bra, I am wearing an underwire slight push up bra and I wear it 24/7 to prevent bottoming out and movement. I do minimal arm exercises and minimal massage due to the fact they are dropping at an above average rate. I've done some research and found it can happen. As long as I make sure to wear a supportive bra 24/7 for the next few weeks I shouldn't have any issues.
I don't plan on going bra less at any point, I want to make sure I always have some form of support even in the future.
Would you recommend going through the armpit?? That's what my doctor wants to do but most of the girls on here go through the bottom of the breast.
I didn't have enough breast tissue to begun with so I had to go through my armpit. But if I had to do it again, I would do it that way. My scars are very minimal. My best friend had hers under her breast and my scars are less visable then hers. She had mentioned the bra rubbing on her incision was irratating where mine I never had an issue. The scars are hidden very well. I will update my posts today and post pictures of the incision.

Day 8

Today hasn't been a good day. Day 6. Day 2 of back to work and Day 2 off medications. Quite sore. My back aches and I'm exhausted. Sleeping is hard to do at the moment, I'm not a back sleeper so I find it difficult. I highly suggest train g yourself prior to having the surgery. I can't wait to have the straps removed in just over a week.

Day 6

My breasts are starting to fall and get bigger more each day. I have some minor bruising (see pics). Back to work today. Brought my pills with me but decided not to take the pain meds as they make me drowsy. Very uncomfortable. My back and my ribs ache. Not unbareable but definitely uncomfortable. Each to bed for me tonight.
