Day 4 - Post Op

The surgery day went smooth and I experienced almost no pain the entire day of. The right breast seems to be healing just fine but I am having problems with my left. It is very tight, painful, and uncomfortable. I'm right handed so the dominant side rationale is irrelevant. Today seems to be the worst day yet. Ive contacted my ps office and they advised to rest and ice it. I have my follow up tomorrow so we'll see how that goes. I'm definitely getting the "boobies blues" though. I just feel like there is something wrong. Im suppose to go back to work tomorrow but with the pain in the left breast I can't wein off the meds just yet like I was planning. Been up the last 3 nights too at 2:30 and again at 5 with sharp pain in my left bicep. I can only hope this is all normal...

How has breast implants changed you?

I think inevitability you are going to feel more confident, but how does that confidence manifest in other areas of your life? More motivated to take better care of yourself - gym, eating right, etc.? Any personality changes? Would love to hear any positive (or negative) experiences people had post boobies!
