Something I Forgot To Mention
WORTH IT$9,382
Something that I forgot to mention is that I do still religiously sleep in a sports bra, either under armour or lululemon. Only on certain occasions do I sleep without one or if I'm sick and happen to just fall asleep or something. How much of a difference this makes in preserving your implants I'm not entirely sure. Mine are over the muscle and a large implant and I'd like to prevent bottoming out at all costs which is why I just never stopped the sports bra at night thing.
ORIGINAL POST
I may have only been twenty at the time, but for...
I may have only been twenty at the time, but for the five years leading up to that point, I had always wanted big, round, full breasts-especially since small chests run in the family. And I was a 32AA with virtually the chest of a little boy.
PROS- self confidence and perfect cleavage!
CONS-there is not a single con that I can think of, they are perfect!
I highly recommend breast surgery if that is something you have always wanted, the hardest step is always getting in for a consultation. It's very difficult for most people to point out the flaws that they see in their bodies, but trust me you would never regret this decision, just take the leap and never look back, you will be so happy you did.
I got 500CC High Profile Silicone Implants, which took me from a 32A to a 32DD/32DDD (Depending on La Senza or VS) Crease Incision, due to the fact that I had large implants going in, I couldn't do an armpit incision. I have a full stats of my implants up until the one year mark below:
500cc's of Pure Silicone Happiness <3
Doctor Martin Jugenburg is the most phenomenal and talented surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I would highly recommend him for anything you may ever want done to yourself. He has a large list of credentials, and I spent four straight months researching surgeons.

I have a question... your stats say that they haven't fluctuated much in cup size.. but visually and also how they feel-- did they seem to get bigger as they dropped? In comparison to when they were first put in?
Visually they look a little bigger than before (and more natural) and they're soft and feel relatively real as opposed to being extremely firm--they were super firm for at least three months until my tissues finally let go of gripping the implants--(after they finally fully dropped at six months they appeared even more natural and filled a cup a lot better). But before they were also misshapen from swelling and sitting high which is more than likely why they were measured as a 34E/32E originally. The first three months they measured at an E cup and then once they fully dropped they became a D/DD/DDD. It varies by bra company, La Senza I can comfortably wear a 32D normal bra. I can't wear a 32D front closing bra from La Senza as my nipples somehow end up along the inner edge of the cups and sometimes poke out which could be a huge issue at work etc. For more full coverage I can wear a 32DD. Victoria's Secret sizing is a mess for me, I'm a different variation of the D's depending on style of bra.
Visually and feel wise they're greatly different/more natural looking and feeling. I could have been measured poorly when I was measured at an E because they weren't dropped and fluffed, but rather tight, misshapen and swollen still (I don't expect all La Senza associates to properly know how to measure fresh implants).
I do have more pictures of when they were all gross and misshapen that I could post if it would be helpful.
Also, I am on mobile so if I happened to repeat myself it's because the scrolling isn't working very well on this site.
