You look great! Any pointers on recovery?? I'm excited to eat mines on July 11
Awww thank you my darling! I'm excited for you! You will love what he can do! It was beyond my expectations so imagine how happy I am! I would say the advice I can give is to really take it easy the first week. Massage all your lipo areas and leave the bum alone. LOTS of walking, more circulation to the bum, the better the retention. And drink lots and lots of water. I find the first week tough especially sleeping but thereafter I feel great. I was back to work at 3 days and back in the gym at 2 weeks. Your compression garment is your best friend even tho summer can get hot and uncomfortable. You are gonna be 6/5 gorgeous! Have fun!
Do you have any updated pics?
Sorry I've been so busy! I will post more photos soon!
Never mind. Just saw on Insta!
Hi, I just saw your one month post op on Snapchat and instagram. You look amazing and your pic is what I will be bringing him for my upcoming consult. Originally I wanted to go to LA for this but was unable to find a friend to come and help. So now I am considering Dr Six as he is the only one in Toronto I would go to for BBL. My body is very similar to your before pic. How did you find the recovery? Did you find you needed a lot of help from others during the first week?
Thank you so much! You will not be disappointed with dr. Six! I'm really glad he showed how ladies that are slimmer have more obvious lumps and bumps during recovery but I can't wait to post more photos because things are smoothing out so nicely and with all the swelling gone, he made it look like I was born with it. You will love the result! As for the recovery, my first 72hrs was a bit agonizing but after that, I was able to return to work. Yep went back to work on day 3 lol so it's been an easy recovery as long as you take it slow, walk a lot, and massage the lipo areas. Don't get discouraged if it's bumpy even at a month because it does smooth out. The skinnier you are, the more you and see. I literally have no belly fat now and it's the best feeling in the world! You won't need too much help after the first 48hrs. But if you can milk it and be taken care of, so it lol!
Hey Hun I love your results. I'm also a patient of dr j and was wonder about how your stomach feel. Im small but hold all my weight in my mid section and I'm consurned about mainly my stomach looking unnatural or lumpy. And also being able to see scars in my bikini.
Thx! For the first little bit, my stomachs felt tight, but I returned to the gym after 2 weeks and work after 3 days. It was only really painful the first 72hrs and just uncomfortable after that. I feel pretty good at 2 weeks. And if you follow his snaps you can see I'm small so at one month there are lots of lumps and bumps but with vigorous massage, my tummy is smoothly out really nicely! I will post more photos to show the difference so yes skinny girls will see more lumps and bumps but if you follow your post up instructions and stay patient, the results do come. And you will love your results!
Just had a BBL with Dr Jugenberg! I also want to return to the gym ASAP. Did you just stick to light cardio at first or go all-in?? Thanks!! You look amazing btw :)

Stitches removed today! No luck with the drain yet tho. A few more days until the drain is collecting less than 20cc over 24hrs, then it will come out. I had my first follow-up today and despite the incredible amount of swelling, I am so happy with the result! I cannot imagine what it will all look and feel like a month, 6 months, or a year from now. I also cannot wait to shower since that is a no no while the drain is still in. I was also surprised to find out that 4.7L was removed from my abdomen and flanks and 1200cc were grafted into each butt cheek! Yikes!!!

I have the biggest smile ever and I want to nurse my swelling down. Can't believe I'm going into summer with a booty!

This is a complete side note but while my body is adjusting to all the fluid shift, boy or boy do I pee a lot! ????

Wow your stomach was so slim before!! How did they get 4.7L from there? I’m fascinated... where else did they Lipo you? My stomach is not an option so I can only do my flanks, back and inner thighs :(

Day 3

Moving around with gradual ease. Was able to walk my kids to school, do some very light housework and more or less back to work. Rather than sitting, I spent most of my day on my feet. I would say I'm sore overall with very manageable pain at this point. Bruising and swelling still quite significant. I perform a very gentle lymphatic massage on myself 4-5 times today and it was very tolerable. I also managed to get a quick snap of one of my incisions and I can tell it will heal beautifully!

Did they teach you how to perform the massage yourself? Or did you research it? I see some people paying up to 700 for massages, don't know if it's worth it.
With Dr. Jugenburg, you stay overnight so in the morning a nurse will check on you. She absolutely will teach you how to perform the massages. I go to a RMT twice a week because the massages need to be aggressive and I find it more tolerable if someone else did it. It is awkward and hurts more when I do it myself and I personally know how to perform lymphatic massages. Having said that, everyone is different so if you can tolerate it or have a high pain tolerance then you can do them all on your own. Massages need to be performed daily so t makes sense to be proficient in self massage. I hope this helps :)
it's worth it because you will need the back massaged. Also some doctors don't use drains and it's important that someone with experience drains you. I feel the money is worth it if only to prevent fibrosis.
