Collapsed Nostril, Bad Breathing, Scaring

WORTH IT$15,971

Dr. Goldberg was not a good choice and I 100% regret my decision of going with him for rhinoplasty and a brow lift. He never explained any risks, especially the brow lift, was very surprised to have large bald scars in my hair now so I have to make sure my hair doesn't land a certain way.

Then the rhinoplasty, I disliked the hump on my nose and the tip was a little point. He said my nose was crooked slightly and he would make my breathing so much better but I never had issues with breathing. Zero before photos were taken aside from me sending him photos of myself from at home. And zero AFTER photos were taken by him.

After surgery my breathing in my right nostril is so bad especially when I lay down now, it feels almost collapsed from how tight the airway is. My nose doesn't have a hump anymore but instead I have a lumpy left looking nostril and an inward collapsed looking right nostril. They are not in any way similar so I went from having a European style nose to this mess. I'd rather have a slight hump than suffer with this breathing. Thanks "doctor".

Update on breathing and yapping away.

I had another follow up consultation on the breathing issue. Dr. Goldberg took a qtip and pushed it against a part of the cartilage at the opening on the inner side of my nostril, then asked me to breathe. Oddly it helped. He said the slightly obstruction in our airways can have a significant impact because of how sensitive the airflow is. It sounds right to me! So the plan is a very minor procedure in office, with local anesthesia, to just cut out that small bulge of cartilage. Very quick and I'll have some dissolvable sutures after.

Also, I am still 100% happy with my results! I got botox again recently for my forehead, crows feet and frown and it really compliments the results of the brow lift. Giving me that more dramatic look i wanted. So I'll try to do that on the regular but it's fairly costly.
Anyways, I made a photo collage of a before and after comparison but this website says it's too big. So I'll post separate photos. Still noticeable. My most recent photo after I got my hair done.

Also also, slowly working on getting some lip back. After surgery and the reduction my lips were so small, shrunken in etc. I did 1 syringe of filler since and 2 botox lip lifts but I still have a denture like resting lip look. Smiling hides it a bit. So looking at a lip lift surgery for the future most likely.

Forgot to add a few more photos for different angles. Apparently I need to write 200 characters minimum. I wonder if there's a way to only add photos or delete old things. I wish I could delete those old wish pics lol! Do not care for those anymore. My how our tastes and perceptions can change.

Oops I guess I am 5 months post op. I can't count, ignore me saying 4 months post op in my newest update
Hows your healing? Did you give him 5 stars or 3 stars? It shows 5 stars on his jnstagram
I originally gave him 5 stars but recently changed my mind lol. I think I was too excited at first. It was still worth it but my right nostril being tight and harder to breathe out of bothers me. I also wish my nose shape was a tad bit different but I am still happy with my new nose over my old nose. The tip is just a bit too fat.
Have you mentioned this to him? What did he say?
I have my 6 month follow up in a couple of weeks so I'll be mentioning it again, originally during the 1 month follow up he said it might be swelling since he couldn't visibly see anything wrong, so I'm waiting until that next follow up to see. It sucks thinking I'll need that corrected with surgery but it's getting pretty annoying to deal with !
What did he say at 3 months?
I never had a 3 month post op oddly, I think because my 1 Month post op was rescheduled to basically the 2 month mark, so it was an odd in between thing. My schedule is hard to work with for business hours.
How did your appt go? Will he fix it?
Did u delete ur Google review?
No I only edited recently! Is it not showing? I changed my review back to 5 stars after my last consultation about my breathing issue with my right nostril. We have a plan to cut off some cartilage that slightly sticks out more and is making my nostril hole a bit more narrow at the entrance, sorry if that's confusing I don't know anatomy words lol. But it's minor and can be done in office within an hour I think it was.
