I had an excellent experience, very happy with the results

I had been thinking about plastic surgery for about 5 years as I was unhappy with my droopy jowls, so I decided to start researching plastic surgery options. I had never experienced surgery, so I was naturally fearful and my main concern was getting a look that was natural. From the moment I walked into the surgery I felt comfortable. The care and time that the nurse spent with me helping me understand how Dr. Moss works, to the results they have achieved, to what happens after surgery, downtime and recovery expectations was detailed and took away most of my fears. I decided to go ahead after my consultation with Dr. Moss. His aim was to give me a natural lift and he again explained that the recovery would be mostly painless with little bruising, and minimal to no visible scarring. I decided to have lower and mid face lift which he recommended. The experience was amazing. The preparation, information and support from all the staff at the surgery are top class. From the moment I arrived at the hospital, the head nurse, the anethesist and the post care from the nurses has been amazing. I personally experienced no major pain, just a slight ache or tenderness to the sides of my face. I had minimal bruising, some swelling naturally that was easily covered by my hair. After 12 days, I actually went out for a social event. I am very happy with the results as no one has been able to put their finger on why I look refreshed. I've had several comments from friends asking me if I get fillers, some have said that I looked great after my holiday and I have had many comments on how great my skin looks.
