Flabby Upper Arms No More!

I am so glad I had this treatment done on my upper arms. Like most women, when I have gained weight my upper "bat wings" get large and with diet and exercise they are almost impossible to lose. The treatments were quick, about 30 minutes from start to finish. The pads got hot and then quickly cooled off. It was not painful, just uncomfortable to sit perfectly still for 30 minutes. They used 2 packs per arm and I went thru 2 sessions. Dana Omari was my technician and she was super informative and made sure I was as comfortable as can be. I am more comfortable wearing tank tops and sleeveless shirts now that my arms have gone down so much.

Mom Pooch Had to Go!

Lfieramusca

After the success I had with my upper arm treatment I decided to do my lower belly aka Mom Pooch. It was quick and easy and felt like I had a strong heating pad on my belly. I had 2 treatments with 4 packs each time. After the second treatment, about 6 weeks out, I could really see a difference. Dana was informative and made sure I understood the procedure as well as expected outcomes. I'm ready to get my upper abs done next!

Looking great! I can really see the difference. I’m currently getting Sculpsure my lower abdomen; and also have a review here. So I also appreciate the details you’ve shared about your lower abdomen as well. Second to my abdomen my under arms is the one other area I’ve considered doing. Glad to hear it was not painful for you.

One question: did you find the arms more uncomfortable to do than the lower abdomen? I’d read in the doctors Q&A that the arms is one of the more sensitive areas to do. Thanks for any other details you have to share… :-)

The arms were definitely more sensitive than the abdomen! I just had to breathe thru it and my technician kept me talking so the time passed quicker.

Oh geez! I kind of had that experience with my abdomen. I did the Lamaze type breathing thing also. lol. I can only imagine how my arms might feel. I have heard it’s less painful the second time around. Did you experience that with either one of your treatments? Was there less discomfort with the subsequent treatment? So far I’ve only had one treatment with my lower abdomen.

They were both the same level of “pain” for me. My arms were sore longer afterwards than abdomen, but I was so happy with results I didn’t care

Thank you so much for your quick responses. That’s a little encouraging to hear that they were both about the same. Not sure I could take much more than how it I felt with the abs. There were couple times throughout the process I was wondering whether I’d be able to handle the whole 25 minutes; but thank goodness for those intervals of cool blasts. Lol

To let you know I just had my upper arms treated a couple days ago, so now it’s to wait and see. It’s something I’ve thought about doing for quite some time. Btw, if it weren’t for your review and before/after pics I would’ve put it off longer…. Wish me luck. :-)
