I am so glad I had this treatment done on my upper arms. Like most women, when I have gained weight my upper "bat wings" get large and with diet and exercise they are almost impossible to lose. The treatments were quick, about 30 minutes from start to finish. The pads got hot and then quickly cooled off. It was not painful, just uncomfortable to sit perfectly still for 30 minutes. They used 2 packs per arm and I went thru 2 sessions. Dana Omari was my technician and she was super informative and made sure I was as comfortable as can be. I am more comfortable wearing tank tops and sleeveless shirts now that my arms have gone down so much. Updated on 14 Feb 2018: After the success I had with my upper arm treatment I decided to do my lower belly aka Mom Pooch. It was quick and easy and felt like I had a strong heating pad on my belly. I had 2 treatments with 4 packs each time. After the second treatment, about 6 weeks out, I could really see a difference.
