Saggy and worse than before I started!

My neck now has saggy skin. There is no more fat in there, but now I have a saggy and wrinkly neck. What a huge disappointment! If the initial results would have lasted I would be much happier. It only worked temporarily.

Can you post recent photos? The results look better to me why do you think they are worse?
I'm really grateful to you for posting your journey. I think you look GORGEOUS. I'm 46 and am considering Kybella because my dermatologist says she thinks it would be effective, but I already have a lot of saggy skin under my neck from weight loss 15 years ago. I think the Kybella would get rid of the remaining fat but I'd still have a LOT of sagging skin that requires a neck/facelift, I think. So seeing your pics confirms for me that yes, I'd be really happy with the fat loss but I'd probably still be left with some skin laxity so I may not be 100% thrilled with the result. But honestly I think your results are truly wonderful and you look beautiful. I hope you're not too disappointed! I think it was worth it!

i paid l 900ish per treatment x 3.
it’s normal to be super swollen , jelly like , turkey neck for a week w/ bruising for a week or 2 so plan for it. After 3 treatments i was still not satisfied at all.. so i had chin lipo . If i’d done my research i’d have done this to start . its less expensive ,you don’t swell the same way but you need to plan a week home same w/ Kybella . B.Lopez , Rn
I had 5 vials, 2 treatments of kybella on my double chin and it was I totally regret it. It didnt work at all. In fact, it left me bigger than before. Now it made my double chin noticeable and even though a year has gone by, the swelling never went away. 2,500 down the drain, major waste of money. I should of just gotten chin lipo since the start. Now I gotta save up for that because kybella ruined me.

Saggy skin after swelling reduces:(

Now that I am 7 week post second treatment, I can see that I have neck wrinkles and saggy skin. I suppose I was hoping for the tightening to last. It was temporary. I really don’t like how my neck looks now in the sunlight. Perhaps this was a vain attempt to avoid growing older. I’m 45 and just gonna have to deal with that I guess. Unless I can convince my husband to pay for a neck lift! :(

Luckily from other angles it’s not as noticeable.
i had 1 vial at the end of June. Then 2 at the end of July. I am due for 2 more at the end of this month, but I too, notice more stretch marks than before!!!! and I do not yet see any improvement...
It looks really good, Big difference! Maybe give it some time to see it is retracts. I’m seeing great results from PDO threads for tightening the neck? Maybe an option?

4wks after Round 2

Still have a few knots under my skin. Feels like a swollen lymphnode. But so far I’m still pleased with my results. Might even cut hair shorter next week as well. Thanks for looking and your comments.
