It's Done

OMG it has taken me all day just to get my mind right to type something. I only had 4 parts done and I'm popped. Hats off and flowers thrown at the feet of the women who do it all at once. I don't think I was built that way. I'm being a baby now just with four. I am very pleased with professionalism of the staff. They made sure an English speaking person was around at all times....some better than others but we always understood each other. They did have the proficient speaker explain post op even though the other nurse and I had bonded. I like the way they did the procedure. First they melted the fat using a laser. Then they did the liposuction. The they followed up with the laser again. So 3 "lipo" treatments for the price of one. She did the stitching method vs open incisions. She told me she would have to do 4 incisions instead of the two she thought previously. I was cool with that. She went to town marking me with a red permanent marker. It tickles in some spots. I laid down for the procedure. Got the IV and the mask. All I remember thinking is they trying to get me, lol. Next thing I'm waking up and moving to my bed. I asked for water. I was told to drink slow as I might throw up. Took two sips and was done. I get to remove my bandage in 3 days. Then I can shower. My nurse was so cute as she was showing me how to take a bird bath. I'm very claustrophobic so I'm glad I'm just in a binder and not a full garment. I will wear full garment for work but binder only in the house. I'm sorry but my little lady has to breathe. I go back in a week for stitch removal. They gave me antibiotics, pain killers, and antiseptic. A great experience so far. Results are to be seen. I'm remaining optimistic. She knew I wanted some curves lol.

Another Update...Almost 12 hours til surgery

I guess the adrenaline is rushing. I went shopping for what I think I will need. I waited until last minute so it didn't sit in my house and I kept staring at it.

24 Hours

I'm 24 hours away from changing my abs and flanks. Nervous and excited. My daughter keeps saying my mom won't have all that as she points to my stomach. Well I'm hoping he can work miracles.
