I had a baby back in 2010 and gained so much weight. I finally got the motivation to lose the weight but needed help. I went to Meadows surgical arts and with the help from Dr. Meadows and his staff I lost 70lbs. I did really well keeping it off with exercise and eating right. I then got pregnant again and had a baby in October. With the help again from Dr. Meadows I have lost 20lbs already. I will keep using Meadows surgical arts until my weight loss goal is complete.
