I am now 1 week post op and I must say I am obsessed with my new breasts! I am 5'4 115 pounds and started off wearing a 32B. I ended up getting 375cc in my right breast and 425cc in my left because my right breast was a little bigger than my left and I let my surgeon know that I didn't want this to be obvious. So far they have been good. I can't lie though on day 6 I was in A LOT of pain. For the first few days I literally couldn't do anything for myself that was tough especially because I'm so independent but if you have any questions I don't mind answering them. I'll post a few pics as well.

Did you go hp or moderate profile?

Thanks! That is my plan too. I am just trying to settle on size. I'm going between 325 and 375. I just want to stay petite looking. So worried about that.

I'm veryyy petite and mine look good for my size like I'm sooo happy I didn't go too big I would say pick 375 especially if you are going under the muscle

Did you do over or under the muscle? I'm hoping to be back to work on day 6. My surgery is Sept 24.

I went under the muscle, I didn't go back to work until after 2 weeks however I'm a bartender so I definitely needed that time off

They look great I can hope mine turn out this well. My surgery is fri morning and mine will be under the muscle high profile 371-425cc. I'm probably going with the 425 if dr agrees. He suggested and ordered three pair. I'm tall but under weight but I'm not too worried about them being larger because I gain weight back and can exercise the rest of me now without worrying about losing more breast tissue. I'm so excited. Just worried about not being as strong in upper body strength. Have you noticed any difference in your strength ?

I'm just a little over 3 weeks at first I couldn't do anything as far as twisting caps off of bottles and lifting things but as time goes by I'm slowly but surely starting to gain my strength back. The only thing that affects that is the fact that you have to use the muscles that are connected with your breast and doing to much causes pain. But after 6 weeks my dr said I will be fine to lift heavy things and work out again. I think u will be fine ur strength will come back after you have healed some

11 days post op and in pain!
coolgirlyAugust 25, 2015
So I'm 11 days post op now and honestly I'm in a lot of pain this morning. Yesterday was my first day getting out of the house (I started school & drove for the 1st time since my surgery) I honestly think I just did way too much at once for it being my first day getting out of the house. My left breast has been bothering me way more this morning but I talked to my nurse and she told me my body just has to get use to it and I probably did way too much yesterday which I can totally agree on. I haven't started my massages yet but I was told I will start on thursday hopefully that helps with some of the pain as well? My results are definitely looking good so I'm super excited about that but I have been in so much pain that I haven't been able to be happy and enjoy them just yet. Guess I have a low tolerance for pain maybe? Idk. Hopefully the pain subsides super soon though. I'm a bartender and Stat back work in 3 days I'll b exactly 2 weeks post op. Crossing my fingers!!
Congratulations! How exciting that your doctor was able to address your slight asymmetry. Glad you're over the worst of the pain. Looking forward to your pictures. Keep us posted as you continue to heal!
