9 months update
On 12/9/18 was my 9th month anniversary. I started at 240 goal weight was 155 and currently weighing 144. Cannot be any happier. Feel like I have gained my life back and I can finally see the real me.

What was your recovery like? I can have 3 weeks off at a time from work and was considering this surgery during my time off. I have a somewhat physical job that involves bending and moving around, do you think you would have been able to move around a lot 3 weeks post op?
I am a receptionist and went back to work a week after by the 3rd week I personally felt like a million bucks but everyone is different. I will say plan to definitely take those 3 weeks off and if you feel any better before than go back to work. You will not regret taking this step towards a life changing decision and all for the good.

Thanks. I only do walking now. Did you go to the gym? If so when did you start and what did you do? I am so scared of the gym and to workout. I feel lazy.

6 month update
I am currently 6 months post op and I feel amazing! I started at 240 and now I am 156 that is a total of 84 pounds down. Dr Maytorena has changed my life. This has been one of the best decision I have ever made. I will truly recommend Dr Maytorena or even gastric sleeve to anyone that is thinking about it!

You look amazing. My one month anniversary is tomorrow and i have lost 20 lbs. The weight loss has slowed down a bit. What did you do to keep losing? Proteins only?

yes i do have lose skin which is what comes with a 98 pound weight loss but i am so happy with my results that ot doeent bother me. Maybe ill have plastic surgery in the future.
Thanks for sharing. You look amazing. I got the sleeved done on 12/14/2018 it’s a month now and lost 27lbs so far. What do you eat? I noticed I am always eating though out the day just small amount. But having a hard time eating real food. I mostly eat tuna and crackers, cheese, yogurt, protine shakes. What type of vitamin do you take?
