I am able to eat about a half cup of food now! I am at 177lbs and 39% BMI. I enjoy going to the gym and can easily see my muscle gain results. I have been taking my vitamins daily and I still drink protein shakes so I can meet my daily intake. I try to eat as clean as possible but have also been trying a couple Keto dessert ideas to limit my sugar intake. Halo ice cream is nice too, especially since I can’t eat more than a fourth of it. I look forward to my full mommy makeover at the end of 2019 and will keep u posted. I have the hardest time posting pics on here but I will try again. I can also be seen on instagram at heatherfedder84 but I don’t post about gastric sleeve on there but I have pics.

How have things been going since July? I am likely going to OCC as well, and I would love an update! ☺️
Hi, I was wondering if you were still planning on OCC in July? I’m doing well and down to 177 and 39% body fat. I’m not trying to lose weight but instead tone and tighten. Let me know if you have any questions.
Today I weighed myself and I am down to 188 and at43.6% fat. I feel great and have been strength training a lot to try and tighten my skin. I get some acid reflux from time to time and sometimes over eat too quickly which is extremely uncomfortable and makes you feel like you are choking butt that’s all VSG cases.
