So great! Everyone was so nice, the experience was very streamlined, surgery was a breeze and I have felt better than expected after surgery! I appreciate the guidelines and protocol that they have given to me for my post Op recovery. I feel it is comprehensive and that they truly know what they are doing.

He is top shelf! I felt cared for and in good hands from the minute I was picked up until now. (11 days post-op, gastric sleeve). Dr. Ortiz is amazing!! From start to finish my experience with Dr. Ortiz and the whole staff really was excellent. They made sure we knew what to expect, which I liked.

My experience with Dr Ortiz and OCC was amazing and was five-star service. From pick-up in San Diego to surgery and postop they are completely on top of it. The surgery center was better than anything I've been to in the US and the staff is amazingly supportive with wealth of information to share to make you successful.

My whole groups experience was perfect. They surgery center was immaculate. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. This is a fine oiled machine. I was completely terrified to go to Mexico to have my sleeve done but I had done 3 years of research on Dr. Ortiz and couldn't find a single negative thing on him. Every other doctor in the states and in Mexico I found things on. This man is the best in the world. My surgery took between 20-25 minutes and the next day I was at the mall getting my steps in. I still feel great 5 days later. I was the biggest baby about this surgery and the staff was so patient with me and some of them have had the surgery and it helped that you were talking to someone that could relate. I will be sharing with everyone my experience. This the was best discission of my life. If I had it all to do over again, I wouldn't change a thing.

I was a little nervous at first, but after researching the doctors and the facility, I knew I was in the right place. I cannot recommend them enough. The entire process was extremely professional and organized. I have had many surgeries and I can say by far this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice and the facility was spotless. I would like to thank them for giving me my life back.

I had a wonderful experience Dr. Ortiz was above all my expectation he went above and beyond my surgery went well and what should of been 1.5hrs surgery was a 3hr surgery for me but Dr. Ortiz repaired My sleeve and I am so happy I am only 11 days post op and home recovering well the entire OCC team and Dr. Ortiz and Martinez thank you so much for all the per op care, surgery care and now the every day post op care is is above and beyond exceptional

Absolutely the best. Went to OCC after lots of researching, Reddit and otherwise rabbit holes…. And thankfully he was as good as all the reviews online say. He was kind and took the time to talk to me and make me laugh when I was stressing before surgery. Had a gastric sleeve almost two weeks ago now and my experience with OCC was absolutely flawless. Amazing staff and hotel stay. The surgery was a success. Down 19lbs already and feeling good. The only battle is the mental health that is getting through pre op diet and post op. On the liquid phase still and it is a NIGHTMARE. But OCC and the care you receive is a gem! Thanks Dr. Ortiz!

OCC and Dr. Ortiz was an amazing experience everyone was so kind and very professional ! From my first pickup at our hotel until they dropped us off at the airport I felt so safe and taken care of! This is a topnotch group and I would highly recommend !

Dr. Ortiz and the staff at OCC went above and beyond. The center is very very clean and the entire process was very streamlined and organized. This put me at ease and allowed me to feel safe. I have no hesitation to recommend anyone to OCC.

I only met Dr. Ortiz the morning of my procedure and while it was brief because all my questions had been answered- he was personable and made me feel very comfortable.

Communication leading up to my procedure was on point as well. Daily emails kept me on track with paperwork, logistics, and diet.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Dr. Ortiz and his team are the most wonderful, caring and kind professionals that should be used as role models. My experience was the best I've had anywhere and is far beyond exemplary! I never had a doubt or question of concern from the minute I stepped into OCC. Dr. Ortiz puts you at ease with his knowledge and the best bedside manner.
