They Were Apparently Understaffed and Frankly Did Not Care. I Would Not Recommend Going There

I chose to stay here per Dr. Quiroz request boy was that ever a mistake. My brand new UGGs were stolen and plus my initial payment half of it went missing since I paid in cash. Omg I went through the roof until my shoes magically walked in.
I was there 15 days and on my 13th day there I finally got help to bath. Their commodes would not flush & I kept complaining . They were apparently understaffed and frankly did not care.
If you notice in my videos , I can somewhat speak Spanish. I learn how to speak Spanish on my own real quick in a short period I was there in order to defend myself it was very scary situation I absolutely would not recommend it to anybody. They are dangerous

I can’t even begin to explain the horror . I was told that is normal there is swelling of course I believed it for a few months . It’s completely disfigured. I’m horrified .
I have problems breathing at night / sinus issues , easthethicaly my nose is cut completely slanted and uneven . It’s very visible to anybody looking at me , I’ve been told I have a idly slanted uneven nose ( not a pretty description)

Thank you, I don’t understand how he did so much damage to both my Aunts & I (3 total) then turns around & does a great job for another person. From three of our personal experience we believe that somebody else did our surgery we never saw Dr Quiroz there before the surgery and after ! 2 full weeks , apparently he was on vacation. I woke up in the middle of my surgery while they where tugging & cutting on my scalp! I don’t recall seeing him in the crowded room. It almost looked as if they were having class while surgery was been done on me
