So I'm going to start by saying this will be my first boob job. My goal is to eventually have 1500cc silicone implants. Which is currently not possible in the US due to FDA bureaucracy. But they are available in all of Latin America and Europe.

I currently have DDD breasts. I personally just find fake looking breasts nicer than big "not round" lumps of fat on my chest.

I will be getting 800cc silicone implants, with subglandular placement (overs), through a nipple incision. Getting overs because I currently have very very strong and tight peck muscles, when I reach or go to grab things my boobs contract and move. Put an implant under that and you get implant displacement. Not a pretty thing.
Going with Dr. Pantoja because his breast work looked a lot nicer than other comparable doctors.
Also his staff is soooo nice and reply almost instantly for any little question I have. Which is beyond helpful.

I was quoted $3600 for the procedure.
