Honestly, I love him and his staff. He doesn’t advertise himself on social media so you won’t find him on IG like you would find other “surgeons” so I understand your doubts. But trust me, he’s a sweetheart and professional. I’m here to help if you gave any questions :)

This surgery was more like of a “touch up” because I wanted more projection so he charged me $2300. This includes lipo on my upper abs , upper back, waist , inner thighs and bbl. Honestly, it takes a few rounds of BBL to get that full booty with hourglass look :)

I’ve never done the lymphatic massages until this time. In fact, I had my first one last week and I honestly didn’t notice a difference. I’m unsure if I should get more massages because I found it pointless lol. And no, Dr. Saldaña does that use drains for lipo/bbl

BBL Round 2

I did round 2 with Dr. Julio Saldaña a few days ago and I’m feeling great! He never fails to disappoint. In all honesty, I truly trust him and his staff. I wouldn’t go to any other surgeon in Tijuana. I decided to do round 2 because I wanted more booty and I also added my thighs this time around. Saldaña and his staff are extremely professional, caring and most importantly they are all accredited to perform surgery.  Words can’t explain how grateful I am to have found him as my surgeon. To any ladies questioning themselves if they should go to tj, my answer is yes! Just do your research!! Dr. Saldaña is certified and he has all the evidence to prove it. I can’t stress enough how important it is for your surgeon to be certified. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the work Dr. Saldaña has given me! I definitely recommend him to anyone considering going to TJ.

5 week post-op pics.

Here are post op pics for the ladies messaging me. FYI I'm bloated because it's the time of the month. So far, I have no complaints. Hips and butt are big and waist and arms are skinny :) Started doing light cardio at the gym this week. The redness on my stomach is due to a heat rash due to my faja.
