90 days PO from medial Thigh lift
I am almost 90 days PO from medial Thigh lift in Tijuana, Mexico. Dr/PS was very nice, price with after care at the hotel was great but, I am not sure I got the results that I am looking for. I want ed to be able to wear skirts or shorts but I still have double knees, heavy calves and even heavier upper hips/thigh area.

Thighlift coming soon. i want to be able to wear shorts or skirts or a bathing suit someday. Right now I have lost a lot of weight (over 100 lbs) 5 yrs post VSG. Feeling much better about myself these days but my thighs/legs and posterior have kept every ounce of weight (fat) cellulite, lumpy bumpy deformed thighs legs, saddle bags (lateral side of legs) and even sagging skin on backside of my legs from when I was heavier. I do NOT have swelling or poor circulation or any symptoms that might cause this so hoping and praying this works. I really want to be able to wear normal summer clothes: shorts, dresses and even a swim suit.

Researching procedures: medial, anterior, posterior areas of the things with spiral incision, cresant incision, groin incision that reach into mons pubis and if extended thigh lift needed does it go passed my knees and pickup calf area with lipo. Just wanted to look like a normal person. No lipedema or vein issues just cellulite and extremely heavy legs
