I had a neck lift and partial lower face lift combined by Dr. Quiroz. I recently went back to his clinic to do another procedure and was thrilled when we did the before and after results of my neck and face. It looks significantly tighter and more youthful. The best part is it looks completely natural. I have a girl friend who has spent a fortune on Beverly Hills doctors and her neck is a mess. I loved the smart aftercare and feel that made all the difference in the world. Dr. Quiroz told me not to move my neck and I stayed in his beautiful spa like recovery center for a week doing just that. My girl friend paid twice to her neck at over 10,000 each time and was told nothing. She turned her head a lot and her neck is still loose. Attention to detail and following the instructions got my excellent results. The staff is amazing, prices are great and after care is excellent. The only thing is would suggest is letting the patients have more sleeping pills which the doctor is reluctant to give after a few days. I know it's addictive but sleeping on your back without moving your head is hard to for 7 days without a bit of help. But compared to the usa Drs. mania for overprescribing drugs it's refreshing to see a Dr. who genuinely cares after your surgery and you're not just a paycheck chucked out the door as soon as you wake up which is what happened to my friend with the two bad neck jobs. Highly recommend this clinic, it's staff and other Drs. there especially the dermatology !

I am a 52 male in California and will be having full facelift and forehead lift a week from today 08/05/2015. After going to Tijuana twice in he past 6 months and extensive research, Dr. Quiroz at Cos Medical was who I choose. I am excited and confident after all my research. I cant wait to like what I see in the mirror after the surgery. lol

You look absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for sharing! I am 44 and thinking of same surgery, but not sure if I should wait. Would you mind telling me how old you are? Also, your chin looks amazing. Did you get a chin implant as well? Thanks again!

Hi I drive to the border and had their driver pick me up. You can also fly in and have them get you. If you wish to save cash you can just drive there contrary to usa media Tijuana is safe. I had one of my top best meals in the world there at a place called maison 5. So go for a consult and eat like a queen before you return.

N all the advice , the pros n all cons n Keeping us informed on all n what to expect with pains brussings n recovery time ! Thanks I looked good just 8 days after and went out to eat without bruising and just minor swelling.... it was better than I had hoped for. Very happy.

Thanks for posting about not moving your neck! Never heard that. I see a lot of women on here who are out doing outrageous activities shortly after surgery--running, shopping, playing golf. What the heck? :)

I had virtually the identical experiences as you, but for Cn$19,000! My surgeon didn't caution me not to move my neck. I went back to gym and yoga after five weeks' recovery, making sure not to overstretch my neck muscles. Initially my neck felt tight, so it was easy to know if I was overstretching it.

Hello, Your results are amazing.
I am looking to go get surgery next year so this site is a wealth of information for me. Do you have photos of your your scars? That is quite a concern for me, to find a Dr. that really does nice stitching so the scaring is minimal. Thanks for the information on the not moving the neck..haha I will be a statue.

Hi scars depend on how you heal a lot and also being patient. I would recommend arnica tablets before surgery to reduce swelling and brushing. I don't have any scar pictures because I have long hair so I never took them. When I have time I will give it a try. I can't see any on my earlobes one I took a shot of and posted.

I will admit I have never been known for my patience but I would hope when it comes to something this visual I would be. I wear my hair up a lot so I am a little (maybe a lot) concerned about it.
