I finally booked my surgery day May 30th 2017!! Really excited and nervous. I have all my things ready I do need a few stuff to buy and book such as my drainage massage. Anybody advise for me before the surgery? I know it's a long way but time flys by. Info about me I'm 26yrs old, 170lbs 5'4 height. Idk if I should get in a diet now since I'm over weight or work out, what do you guys think???

Thank you! Yes he's book all the way to end of May, when I called they had only May 22nd and 30th and someone canceled the 29th so I got that day! Has June open.

Congrats it will be here before you know it! I would say stay at your current weight I was 170 going in and I'm 5'3 that way he can have plenty of fat to work with

I have my consultation in two weeks 2/25/17 with him. I have to go see the office and meet him before deciding. It makes it a little less scarier knowing people that live around the same area as me are getting procedures with him.

A Bbl I asked Dr. P for a big butty I am aware that not all the fat survives. Are you taking the iron pills? I've been thinking about taking them but I don't know of I should start taking them now or wait until May?

I've been taking them everyday, well I try, I have missed maybe 2 days out the week. But been taking them for the last 2 months. Yeah I know I will be asking for a huge butt because knowing i will be loosing some fat.

Since I'm chubby I wonder if my skin will be really saggy after the Lipo, also anybody taking vitamins or iron pills? If so what are you taking and how is your eating? Trying to be prepare and also for my blood work and EGK test! I'm really excited!! How long did you wait for drainage massages after surgery?

Can anybody tell me of massage places where they do Post-Op drainage massages? In areas such as Ontario, Pomona, Chino, West Covina, Rancho Cucamonga, Montclair. Please put the names or other locations but I prefer these locations. How long did you wait after surgery to get massages?

I believe its 2 days after your surgery you can have your first lymphatic massage. I went with the one at Dr Pantojas office. I went twice with her. Start looking around for someone near your area so that you can continue to get them once you're hm.

Hello...u look amazing! I have receive a quote but just scared to go to tj to get surgery done. But I have been looking into dr Pantoja and dr campos who's a lil pricer than Pantoja...love the work! Did u stay in tj for a few days?

CHanga4: I haven't got surgery yet, my surgery day is May 29th. Does are my wish pictures lol I wish I could look like that. But I will be staying in Tijuana Sunday and Monday leaving Tuesday morning when they release me. My husband and brother are coming with me.
