19 Days Post-Op mommy makeover in Mexico

So I am 19 days post-op from my mommy makeover in Mexico with Dr Pantoja. Let me start by saying he and his staff are great. When I went to him for my consultation I was not sure what I wanted to do with regards to my boobs but because I saw so many of his before and after photos I decided to leave it to him. I am glad I did.
He placed over the muscle silicone 340cc implants. My goal was to lift my breasts and wear the same size bra post op. Pre surgery I wore a 34DD from Victorias therefore I was really a 34D. Though I feel like my breasts look much bigger I can definitely wear my old bras! The shape of my breasts have changed filling out the bras much better.

I am slim so I wasn't able to see results from my tummy tuck very well initially. In fact I looked heavier post op than before and my waist from the back looked very wide. It was a little disappointing but as the days go by I see more and more change to my waist. It is slowly starting to appear as my back and abdominal swelling go down.

The pain is less each day too but having all of this work done at once is not for the faint of heart! The compression garment was one of the worst parts of recovery. I swear it was too small but the next size up would have been too big. I made due and kept wearing it praying at some point the constriction would get better and it has SLOWLY. It fits well now but those first 8-9 days were like torture. Even now that it fits I will be so happy when I am rid of it.

So that's it for now, I will try to post pics soon.

I did it!

I did it! I am here one day post op recovering in Tijuana MX at Dr P's facility. Last night was my first night here and the nurse sat in the room with me all night. Everytime I moved she got up out of her chair to check on me. The pain is manageable so far.
Yesterday I arrived in San Diego where Martin and Susana promptly picked me up and drove me to Club Med. They are a nice easy couple to talk to and I felt comfortable right away. In the morning I was driven to Dr Pantojas office for a 9am appointment where blood work and an EKG were performed. There were a few other people that arrived after me.
Once the tests were done I was led to Dr P's office where he marked me and discussed what I would like to have done. It was at this point as I was sitting I felt my palms sweating and the lights getting brighter and darker. Thankfully though I didn't pass out and Nadia and the Dr were none the wiser.

He strongly suggested implants because my breasts were going to lose a lot of their size because of the excess skin...so...I got implants. I also had the TT and BBL however he told me for the BBL I may not get great results because I did not have enough fat to transfer. He told me he may only be able to put 300cc. Then I was brought to my room to change into a johnny, compression stockings and a hair net. And I waited and waited and ...waited. It was roughly 4pm when I went into surgery.

I woke during the surgery. Prior to the start of it I mentally prepared myself in case this happened.. I thought I would calmly tell the anesthesiologist "I'm awake". That was not the case. I panicked when I felt myself being tugged on and I think I yelled "I can feel that" I might even have said "It hurts" or something like that but honestly I don't think it did. I was back out in a few seconds. I am a little embarrassed by this because I have read about other women who have woken during surgery and simply tell the dr "I'm awake" and are put back out.

The next thing I remember is I woke to find myself in my assigned room in bed with a wonderful nurse sitting in the armchair beside it. I didn't sleep very well and I must have woken up a dozen times. Short cat naps are all I seem able to take. Its a bit boring I want to be back at club med where English is the primary language.

So that's it for now I'll update and try to get some pics online when I can
