I don't think I mentioned, I turned 70 this year and was really afraid of surgery at this age, but so glad I took the risk. So happy I did not waste money on creams, etc. Also, so happy my husband decided to upgrade this old model and not trade me in for a new one.

Hi Carolina. Thank you so much. I was really so scared to risk elective surgery at 70 years old, but wanted so much to look closer to my husband's age and Dr. Fuentes more than made that dream come true. I'll look for your review and photos. I hope yours was successful too.
Thanks. Yes the lower lift with neck lift has turned out better than expected. I am older than you and was a little worried but happy with it. Now I will go in 8 months for a laser resurfacing and a little fat grafting for marionette lines. Never too late, since we are all living longer now and luckily, feeling young also.

Dr. Fuentes is a true artist. My husband is over 10 years younger than me, and
after 17 years together, the age difference really began to show. After Dr.
Fuentes took care of me, I actually look younger than my husband! We are
forever grateful for the skill and honesty of Dr. Fuentes, and for his beautiful
and caring staff, for giving us another chance at life together. Dr. Fuentes
answered any emails promptly, is very understanding and does not encourage
procedures you don't need. He works with you to give you what you desire at an
affodabe price, and even provides a medical pass to avoid long lines at the
border right after recovery, if needed. Bravo Dr. Fuentes and COSMED!

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.

As a community manager, I get requests all the time from other members who want me to to keep encouraging people to share their experiences, which are so helpful for others considering these procedures. So please accept this as a well-intentioned request from thousands.

Have patience, the first 3 days you will feel pain, but not unbearable. I took a light pain killer for 2 days. If you have a neck lift there will be numbness on the sides of your face and under your chin. It is 2 months now and feels like I'm wearing a headscarf but have gotten used to it and it is gradually fading. The important thing is to follow the Dr.'s instructions. Now I will make a couple of return trips to fine tune with botox and filler. So happy that instead of my husband trading me in for a younger woman, like some men, he decided to support "renewing" me, and he couldn't be happier.
