Really like the chin implant

I really like the implant. I can feel the tail of it on the right side and it still gets a little uncomfortable if I start pressing hard on it but that's usually just because I keep messing with it. Wish I would have gone a little wider with the Xtra large but am pretty satisfied.

21 month update
21 month update. I like the improvement but I'd like to change a few things. Tell me what you think. Dr Fuentes said he would lift the tip of the nose a little more for free and straighten the edges (since at the right angle and lighting it looks bulbous) but I'm a little worried that it could make it worse. He also said he would revise the left ear for free as well. These are the best angles so the imperfections I see are little hard to notice. The last comparison picture is what I ideally would like. Thanks for your thoughts!

Really liked your results how do you feel about your rhinoplasty now and did you go back to Dr. Fuentes for the revisions you mentioned?
Thanks! I like it pretty good. Just wish the tip hadn't fallen so much but I think it's better overall. I think the Chinn implant made the biggest difference.
Haven't had a revision done yet but he is going to revise my ear for $100 since I popped a stitch from hitting my ear . What are you thinking of having Done?

I think you look like a better version of yourself... the results look really natural. Your profile is really nice and masculine. I think that the tip is fine as it is not overly lifted with that "piggy" look, so I wouldn't change that aspect of it or the awful curved slide that a lot of surgeons seem to create. I am scheduled for rhino with Dr. Fuentes and I don't want him to overdo the tip lifting. I like your result.

Hi, @porterj89 I actually think your results look very nice. Personally, I do not believe the nose tip is a big deal (it looks manly), but I do see what you mean.

Rhinoplasty 18 month update. What do you think honestly ?

Does it still looks wide from thw front? Or did it get narrower with time? I think its looks great from this angle
Yep! Took an out 3 weeks for it to narrow.
To me, your nose looks great from that angle. Although, you should give it about two months before you can really tell, how do you like your chin thus far?

I like the look but I think it might have shifted a little to the right so I get periodic pain on the side every once and awhile. It was under the chin.

There's a 2- 3 week wait for a virtual consultation reply according to his office. Once, they do that, I'll begin booking prep. I keep looking around at other Dr there, and I keep coming back to Dr Fuentes. Seems like he's the go to guy in TJ. I'm looking for a slight lift at tip, a stop to nose drooping with smile and a little off the dorsal. As natural as possible while keeping my nose masculine. We will see.

Just passing through to say that months and months later, I still think your nose looks fantastic. I feel it matches your face well. It goes "unnoticed" but still manly and handsome. I'm just happy that you didn't get a small or weak nose.
