Did you stay in a recovery house and was it scary going to Mexico,
hi there! I live in san diego, so after an extra day in recovery the dr.'s driver simply drove me home. Mexico is not scary at all ;)
you look amazing and I am glad to see you had such good results. After having my daughter due to a high risk pregnancy where I was on strict bedrest I gained 50 lbs. My body really does not look the way it used to. I am currently at 170 lbs and looking to lose about 10-15 more lbs (currently on a diet and workout routine now) and then have a BBL and lipo done this summer. I have read mixed reviews about this Dr. but I noticed he is now training with Dr. Miami who is the god of BBL's hands down so that gives me a little confidence, plus Dr. G's prices are amazing!! I was planning on flying to San Diego and staying a week there. If I stay there instead of in TJ will the Dr.'s staff be able to pick me up for my post off appointments ? Or do I need to stay on site for that?

After I lost about 80 lbs, I wanted to perk up my figure again as a reward. The Dr. suggested a tummy tuck in addition for best results, but I'm only 29 and I'd like to save that for after I have children. In the end, I have very little loose skin- I look great standing up but if I bend over you can see it while naked. But I am fine with it!
Dr. G had a special for BBL w/ 3 areas of lipo for $2900, but I added three more areas so my total was $4300. I got lipo to upper and lower stomach, upper and lower back, flanks, and arms. I had amazing service and care the whole time, and since I live in San Diego the Dr's driver picked me up and dropped me off after surgery (I stayed overnight).
I got 900CCs per cheek (1800 total), and asked for a heart shape. I definitely got what I asked for!! The recovery was much harder than I thought... I've had some facial work and this was so much rougher, at least for the first week. I went back the second week and took it easy (desk job) but was still tired.
I used the Booty Buddy pillow and it was very helpful. I started sitting on my thighs at one week with the pillow, I didn't sit normally for about 30 days, and slept on my tummy for two weeks. I used my faja for 3 months as directed.
I can speak from experience that "fluffing" is real!! I know doctors say its a myth... but I would say about 5 months post op all of the sudden my cheeks filled out even more!! its crazy.
I feel I was more of a natural apple shape and asked Dr. G to make me more hourglass, and he did. My current measurements 6 months later are 40" breasts, 27" waist, 42" butt. I'm very pleased.
I'll be going back to Dr. G after I have my babies to get that tummy tuck and a breast lift, but for now- this BBL was more than worth it!!!

Thank you! There was a time when I felt "meh"; that it was a definite improvement but not as much oomph as I wanted... Then I fluffed and it was like YES!! Perfect! Happy the urban legend turned out to be true haha.
