I know there is a lot of resistance with seeking plastic surgery consultation in Tijuana, but I have to tell you Dr. Quiroz is absolutely amazing. He is very honest and efficient. He takes all precaution with treating his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients understand the process entailing their surgery. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my procedures (breast augmentation/lift and fat transfer to my face). His staff are friendly and accommodating. Once we parked on the San Isidro side, the clinic (Cosmed) had a driver waiting for us who transported us to the clinic and made sure to take us back once we were done with our appointment. Dr. Quiroz's patient coordinator(Dennise) is great. She will answer all of your questions and she is excellent when it comes to coordinating all details involving your procedure.
