6 Months Update

$5,100
These pictures show the before pics, 2 weeks post, and pics taken yesterday. I am the SAME weight in all three pictures, so all of the changes in my body are from the Tickle Lipo. I am very pleased with my legs; their entire shape has changed and it is noticeable both in pictures and when I try on clothing from pre-Lipo. I am not satisfied with my arms. They are still too bulky, and I believe Dr. Best was too conservative with what he took out. I would be OK with a bit more hanging skin to be able to fit my arms comfortably in normal sleeves. I plan to pursue a revision - but I have a different procedure (awake breast lift) scheduled for later this month, so I need to heal from that before I can redress my arms.

I've been waiting for someone to do a review on tickle lipo, thank you. I'm thrilled for you that you got such good results, according to the photos. Congratulations! Enjoy your new body!

I have been feeling good. Still have some bruising and swelling and I am impatiently waiting to see more changes! I have added some pictures comparing my body before the surgery and then two weeks post. I am wearing a hot pink tank top in the before pictures… Hopefully you can tell ha ha

Good day to you. I was just reading your Real Self documentation of Tickle Lipo.
In your before and after pics, your arms look almost the same as your before pic. Also, from behind,
it appears as if your bum is lopsided. One cheek looks bigger and better than the other side.
I cannot imagine spending that much money for such a small change. I do wish you all the best.
I would definitely recommend real liposuction if you're looking for real results.
Be aware of things like "tickle lipo" , "lunchtime lipo"
or any kind of quick, small procedure.
Are you honestly "truly ecstatic" with your results?
I would definitely be taking this doctor to arbitration.

Wow. I find your comments rather rude.
I have not updated in quite some time, however, the pictures above still show quite a bit of bruising and swelling - my "bum" is not lopsided and there has been significant improvement since this post.
I agree that there is not as dramatic an improvement in my arms - as I discussed with my doctor, due to the poor elasticity of the skin on my upper arms, he was conservative in the amount he took out, as I am not ready to commit to a Brachioplasty.
This was "real liposuction" by the way. Tumescent fluid was injected and then taken out along with fat through a cannula, like most types of lipo. "Tickle Lipo," also called "Nutational Lipo" simply refers to the way the cannula vibrates during the procedure and is among the types of Lipo that do not require general anesthesia - which was a main priority of mine.
Perhaps consider your tone when commenting in the future; the point of this website is for people to share their experiences with others to help them make decisions about procedures they are considering. If they see rude, demeaning comments (like yours) on people's posts, they will not want to post themselves, which is a disservice to all.

That person was so rude! I think you look amazing for only 2 days postop!! Can you please update with pics?! Also, why was the doctor conservative with what he took from the arms? Is there a special reason for that?
April 10, 2021
Hi. I just posted an update with pics.
Dr. Best advised that due to the poor elasticity of the skin on my arms (you cannot see in these pics, but I already have some wrinkly skin) he did not want to be overly aggressive with Lipo & leave me with empty hanging skin. However, he was way too conservative - he only removed about 250CC per arm, and that includes fluid that was pumped in, which was not enough to make a noticeable difference in the appearance of my arms.

48 Hours Post-Op

I will start by describing the day of the procedure. I took half a Valium before the procedure started, and the other half in the middle LOL. I felt stinging, like you would from a shot, when they initially injected local anesthetic. I also felt some tolerable stinging when they were injecting the tumescent fluid through the cannula. If Dr. Best or his staff saw me grimace too hard, they would pause and inject more local anesthetic through the needle before injecting more fluid with the cannula. I felt very little pain during the actual liposuction procedure except a twinge here and there if Dr. Best reached the border of the anesthetized area. Dr. Best and his staff constantly asked me how I was doing, and his nurse Robin massaged my scalp to help me relax during the procedure & I felt very taken care of. Nothing I experienced would discourage me from doing this again or encouraging somebody else to have tickle Lipo.
I took a four hour nap when I got home, and I woke up with some pain. I took half a hydrocodone at that time, and another half five hours later and then slept through the night. Yesterday I took Aleve twice, and today I am not taking anything for pain. I still feel sore, and some twinging at the incision sites and even a little itching, but it is hard to believe I had surgery two days ago. I feel good! I am wearing compression garments 24/7 except for the blissful 15 minutes or so when I finally got to shower this morning, and then five minutes while I had some pictures taken.
So today, 48 hours post, I am definitely very swollen & my arms have a lot of bruising, but my legs are only slightly bruised. I am very pleased with the progress I am seeing with my legs. Since my arms are so bruised and swollen, I am not seeing much of a difference yet. I cannot wait to see how things progress! So far I am very happy with how things are going. Tomorrow morning I have the first of five lymphatic drainage massage is scheduled, so hopefully that will help get rid of some of the swelling. My postop appointment is on Wednesday, the 21st, so I will post another update then.

You look great! I can see the difference! Can I ask what areas did you have the procedure? Trying to compare with cost. Thanks

Hello.
I had my arms, inner thighs, inner knees, outer thighs, and banana rolls done. I am still very pleased with my progress so far especially considering how swollen and bruised I am -and despite the bruising and swelling, I am only mildly sore… In fact, I feel pretty great.
Good luck with your research!

These pictures, from left to right show me before, 2 weeks post, and 6 weeks post Tickle Lipo. I am the SAME weight in all 3 pictures, so all of the changes are from the procedure. I am very happy with my legs; their shape has completely changed and it is noticeable both in pictures and in clothing. I am not satisfied with my arms. They are still too bulky and I see very little difference in the before and after pics. I believe Dr. Best was too conservative in the amount of fat he took out - I would be OK with a bit more loose skin in order to comfortably (and attractively) wear normal sleeves. I plan to pursue a revision for my arms - but I have a procedure scheduled for later this month (an awake breast lift) and I will have to fully recover from that before I can redress my arms.
